Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!
For some reason the description of this image didn't work, but to put it simply, Delsanra - unlike just about every other elven warrior - was raised not by an elf, but by a dwarven blacksmith who adopted her when she was a young orphan. Of course, being raised by such a blunt, abrasive and rowdy woman rubbed off on the young elf, and she grew into quite the proud, gregarious knight who loves a good fight and a good drink. Yet despite her new status as one of the kingdom's finest, Del still finds time to return to the village once in a while and help her mom out in her humble smithy - though her newfound power has brought with it quite the ego, something her no-nonsense mother rarely has patience for.
Every year, Del asserts that she's too old to be spanked, no longer the naughty, rebellious little girl she was growing up.
Dwarves are one of my favourite fantasy races (don't know why) but the idea of a gruff dwarf mother correcting her elven daughter is great to me. I love this picture, especially their facial expressions. Also, hopefully that paddle gets some use.
I assume you're trying to copy/paste from somewhere else. It won't work unfortunately. A lo of newer sites (and even some word processing) deliberately insert characters into text that they know older sites like ours won't support and some spiders can't read.
The biggest culprits are things like "" which our site only supports non-dynamic ones. In some cases it's because our site code is too old to support newer text, in other cases some websites like dA deliberately insert and replace with bespoke characters and punctuation to make it harder to copy/paste to other places.

Unfortunately it's a known issue but it pretty much only comes up with people trying to copy text from other websites (if that's what you're doing).
I typed the description out myself on-site, letter-by-letter. At no point did I copy/paste anything from anywhere. I'm not sure what happened, maybe it's because I uploaded from my iPad? In any case the edit button seems to be gone so I can't go in and re-write it, but oh well.
I'm with Flashmaster up there; I love Dwarfs and I love seeing a tough and hardy Dwarf spank their Elf daughter. I'm sure Del couldn't keep her ego in check and that's why she's taking a trip across her mother's lap.
