When Luca returned from his far-away school in Genoa, he was greeted in a warm embrace by his boyfriend, Alberto (yes, I said so). The two boys had recently started dating, and they were finally together again for the summer.
But one thing was wrong (just slightly). Having spent a lot of time revising and preparing for his first end-of-year exams, Luca had never managed to find the time to answer Alberto's latest letter, leaving him without any news for almost a month. Not to mention all the stress and anxiousness Luca had been going through, the combination of which had almost caused him to fail and retake his school year.
Alberto bore no hard feelings against him, but he couldn't stop teasing Luca about it, as the two were kissing, holding hands, and enjoying their first day of vacation on the Italian Riviera. But the more they walked, the quicker Alberto found out something wasn't right: his boyfriend actually felt bad for getting too absorbed in his school duties, forgetting about his boyfriend in the process.
Even worse: he felt guilty! Schoolwork had taken its toll on Luca's mood... but Alberto would have none of it.
He spoke to Luca about his guiltiness issues. Eventually, Alberto offered to help his boyfriend clear both his conscience and his heart, in an unconventional way. An offer made as he knew best: "teasingly", without much hope that this would lead anywhere.
But Luca unexpectedly accepted the offer. He needed it.
Without further ado, Alberto pulled him by the arm, dragging him along until he found a proper, empty alley where he would safely spank his boyfriend without being bothered by anyone (his adoptive father was still home)...
A few seconds later, Luca felt the fresh marine air fondling the skin of his bared bottom, as he laid across Alberto's knees and tried to relax, knowing he would soon be free of his mental burden. That short moment of peace was brought to a painful end by the sting of Alberto's hand slapping his butt cheeks.
Sooner than he had expected, Luca's sensitivity to pain rang the alarm. "Wait..." he muttered worriedly.
The connection between the firm hand and the reddening pair of buttocks was quick to bring the news of Luca's uneasiness. Feeling the tension rise in his boyfriend's body, Alberto did his best to reassure him with a soothing voice that was filled with love and affection: "Don't you worry, Luca. Just let it go!" he said tenderly.
Inside Luca's mind, a battle raged. "Big boys don't cry!" shouted the proudest part of his conscience. "Shut up, Bruno!" answered the other part, in that very specific way Alberto had taught Luca to ignore his fears and send them packing.
The humbleness in him prevailed, thereby allowing Luca to open the valves and cry his remorses away. In a matter of minutes, it was all over.
Alberto had his boyfriend sit over his laps. Despite the tears in his eyes and the burn from his sore behind, Luca was quick to wrap his arms around the love of his life's neck, without a nasty wince of pain on his face or any crack left beneath his chest. Gone were his troubles!
"Thank you, Alberto!" Luca murmured thankfully.
Alberto hugged back, deeply relieved. His trick had worked: Luca was fine and happy again.
"Anytime, my love." Alberto whispered in his ears.
It would not be the only spanking in their relationship. Both boys knew it, and both were fine with it.
