At first May thought she was being rewarded. Sent to a prestigious private college by her parents? St. Adrian's College for Girls had a reputation for turning out the hashtag Girlbosses of the world. However, shortly after she arrived, she realized that it was anything but a prize. When her parents dropped her off on Saturday, she was lead to the intake office by a tall blonde woman with a pixie cut who introduced herself as Dean Hildegard. "Rule 54: You will address all staff with their proper titles. You will respond with 'Yes ma'am' or 'Yes Dean Hildegard.' But since you haven't seen the rulebook yet, you won't be punished. We are stern, but fair. Understand?"

The dean pressed a large red button on her desk, and in a few seconds, another student walked in.
"Show her to the dorms, Elanor, and make sure she understand the basics of our school. I trust that this is something you can do?"
"Yes, Dean Hildegard!"
May was in a state of disbelief as they walked to her bedroom. The rules sounded insane! Strict grooming standards? No makeup? 10 PM lights out? And if you violated the rules, you would be spanked? Or worse? As they approached the student dorms, chatting all the while, the two girls heard the clicking of heels and turned around to see the new French language teacher standing there with a large paddle and an evil grin.
"New student?"
"Yes, Miss Mina," Elanor stated, with a slight tinge of fear in her voice.
"I assume you have been sent by the Dean to take her to the dorm?"
"Yes, Miss Mina."
"Well then, what a perfect time to show her how we do things here. Uniform inspection. Raise those skirts, ladies."
May thought that this surely must be a joke. She wasn't going to have to flash her panties to this stranger, was she? But one look in Miss Minas eyes told her that this was no joke. Mina walked over, poked and prodded her in a place that May had never been prodded before. At least not by another woman. Mina pulled back the waistband of the underwear, and let it go with a loud "SNAP" that slapped against May's bottom. She let out a small yelp. "All good here," announced Mina. "You'll be expected to be presentable at all times when out of your dorm room. Now you, Elanor"
Elanor let out a sigh and lifted up her skirt, to reveal a frilly thong.
"Well, what have we here? You know those aren't regulation. You shouldn't even have those, let alone be wearing them. Do you have any excuse?"
"No, Miss Mina. I do not," responded Elanor, with a sad resigned look on her face.
"You know the rules, girl. Panties down, hands on the side, and face the wall."
As May watched Miss Mina paddle her new friend on her bare bottom, she looked on with a curious fear. Sure, it looked painful to be spanked. Elanor was pleading for mercy while the paddle assaulted her defenseless derriere. And no doubt in future, May would be in the same position, if not for a uniform infraction, something else.
