I'm back from vacation with new artworks which were supposed to be finished a long time ago. Better late than never though...
"Butters and Kenny had been going out together for a month.
But the day they were supposed to meet at Kenny's place for their first romantic date, Butters unwillingly stood his boyfriend up. Mr. Stotch was to be held accountable for this unfortunate turn of events, as he had once again grounded his son for another absurd reason - also belting him in the process.
Despite Kenny's anger and reluctance to talk to him again, the next day at school, Butters went to him nonetheless and did his best to explain what had happened, and why. He feared the worse, but Kenny forgave him - how could anybody with a heart not sympathize with someone with such a terrible family background? Butters did not deserve this...
Kenny agreed to fix a new date... at Butters's house!
"Wait! I'm still grounded, remember? They will never accept that!"
Kenny winked, patting Butters on his head as a means to train for some... foreseeable future fun.
"Don't ya worry honey, I've already got it covered."

The following day, having totally skipped school due to dying on the way there somehow, Kenny showed up at Butters's place after resurrecting, paying his parents a "business" visit.
He pretended to know of a few "naughty, stupid things" Butters had done at school, and subsequently made a deal with them: Kenny would come and spend the night with Butters under their roof to keep a good and firm eye on him, while his parents would be away for the weekend. And for whatever bad behavior Butters would be found "guilty" of, Kenny would make sure to "punish" him accordingly.
"You really are the best boyfriend ever for him!" they acknowledged.

Later that evening, the two enjoyed some quality time together. However, one last business had been left unfinished up to that point, and Butters's guilt would finally bring it up again before bedtime. The poor boy still felt awful for his no-show two days beforehand, which prompted Kenny to offer his "help" in relieving his boyfriend of whatever remorses were left to be cleared in his heart.
Butters begrudgingly accepted.
"I'm going to get the belt..." he sadly announced.
Kenny held him back.
"So I can treat you like your asshole of a father does?" he objected. "No. Just come over my knees and let me handle it my way, okay? If I am to punish you, it will be done by someone who actually loves you."

And a few minutes later, a tearful but relieved Butters fell into Kenny's arms. For the first time in ages, the blonde boy felt like he had been punished fairly, out of love, for his own good. He felt protected, safe, and cared for like he always had wanted to be.
For all he cared, Butters could remain in this position for eternity - grounded in the arms of the boy he loved, crying from the pain and joy of being loved back in the best way ever. And Kenny wouldn't object.
