This drawing is called Tamagotchi! and is based on a 2009 Japanese fantasy slice of life anime series produced by OLM's Team Kamei division, officially based on the Tamagotchi digital pet jointly created by Bandai and WiZ!

Mametchi is getting spanked by his mom(Mamametchi) for watching tv before doing homework since she has a rule of homework first before tv!

I remember this anime! I loved Tamagotchi hehe, did you ever play the Tamagotchi Corner DS games? They were amazing.

I had the same rule .... grandma used to say: duty first then pleasure .... luckily I loved studying and I got good grades ... at least for that I saved myself from spankings xd
