England was a very strict society to grow up in. The so called "elders" for lack of a better term decided how someone should live by setting strict moral codes of behavior and conduct. For someone like Amanda , that was not a good thing.
One of the these codes of conduct that society placed on the people was that a man should love a woman. There was no two ways about it. That is where amanda had the most trouble. From a very early age Amanda knew she was different.
While all the other little boys and girls would play house with a man and a wife, Amanda always wanted to play house with another girl. As she aged she realized she was sexually attracted to women. She kept her secret as best she could for if it got out she would be outcast From proper English society.
Amanda's family was well off. They owned an expansive property in the south of Wales. They even could afford to hire servants to help with the house. It was one of these servants that Amanda found herself drawn to.
At first she was afraid to act on her feelings, but as she went about the house, she noticed the the servant girl was leaving her clues to her feelings. She then decided to approach the girl. One thing led to another and the two became inseparable. Unfortunately, Amanda's family could sense something was not right. Eventually Amanda was forbidden from spending time with Jill, the servant girl.
That did not stop the two girls. The property was so big they found a small secluded spot on the edge of the property in between two large trees, overlooking the lawn. They met there as often as possible.
One day Jill, heard Amanda and her mother fighting. She could tell the argument was about her. She heard as Amanda tried in vain to defend her. She then heard her mother say that if she caught Jill and amanda together again, she would have her daughter committed to an institution. It was thought for a woman to love another woman, it was a mental illness that could be cured.
Jill saw Amanda run out of her mothers room in tears. a few hours later, Jill got a message from another servant that was sympathetic to the girls. Amanda wanted to see her in the tree grove.
Once jill was done with her duties, she went out of the house and to the tree grove. She found amanda and the two girls forgot about all of their troubles. Amanda loved Jill to much to never see her again. Amanda sat in jills arms when Jill got her attention.
"you know you did disobey your mother by coming to see me." Jill said slyly.
"I don't care. I never want to talk to her again. I just want to be with you." amanda said.
"Yes well if we do go off together, lets say to America, then what guarantee do I have that you will obey me, when I ask you to do something?" Jill asked.
"I don't know, I just will. I won't ever disobey you." She said lovingly.
"well even though I know you don't like your mother, you did disobey her. I think you need to be punished." Jill said.
"Why!" amanda asked confused.
"Because you disobeyed. If we go to America like we talked about then I want to let you know what will happen if you disobey me. I need to have that insurance." Jill said as she got to her feet and picked a switch from a low branch.
Jill plucked all the leaves from the switch and grabbed Amanda by the waist and pulled her over her lap. Amanda was already unclothed from their tryst a few minutes ago so her backside was bare for the punishment.
Jill then began to switch amanda. Amanda squired as the flimsy stick landed on her rear. She started to well up with tears as she felt the stick burn welts into her skin. it was a quick switching as jill soon let amanda go.
Even with the pain of the switching, Amanda, felt good. She smiled into Jills eyes as she lay down naked in the soft grass, he head supported by Jills lap. her bottom stung but she felt loved. She felt like Jill would always take care of her.
"You know I punish you because I love you right?" jill asked as she gently rubbed Amanda's stomach with the switch.
"I know, I love you too." amanda said as she closed her eyes and drifted to a loved and well protected sleep.
