Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!
And now, I'm recommending an amazing anime. It's called Shoujo Cosette and I found it on Veoh. It has at least one spanking scene, others implied, but those alone wouldn't be worth the effort. The real reason you should watch it is because it's a fairly good adaptation of the book Les Miserables, which itself is one of the best stories ever told.
This wasn't a spanking scene, unless they were going to put one in and the censors removed it, but I was already thinking about doing a drawing with her and this moment popped up.
(P.S. Both the spanking scenes are undeserved and sad, not funny at all. But Cosette and Gavroche are almost too cute NOT to spank. I'm a big fan of the character Eponine, but they portray her as a complete brat in this anime. She's quite spankable but she'd the only one who doesn't get one!)

Episode 11 has an actual spanking with a couple of smacks. Again, they don't show the actual smacks. I think they had strict censors. Again, barely worth seeing for the spanking, but still very cute and moving series.
