Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

Well it is safe to say you are definitely far ahead of the capabilities of many of the artists on this site, myself included! This is a very stunning piece, I especially like the way you are able to make everything so realistic in the way you paint flesh (and other things, like the water in the fountain). It truly is inspiring, and one of the prettiest digital spanking paintings I've seen yet. Keep up the fantastic work, such contributions are jewels.

If switches are procured beforehand they become light and brittle very soon, that's why those are stored in water. Also some woods when soaked long enough are easy to clean of external layer of bark and stuff. Switches are much smoother that way and less prone to break the skin. I hear great deal about salt water, not sure it was ever used in the past, now it's more of a fetish i guess. But mostly water is just to prevent switches from drying up.
There is so much to love about this picture. This one has so many background details that I'm just...more so than other pictures, I feel there's just so much to go back and see something new to appreciate in your art. I love the third person in the background - witnesses are always fun. (:

The details of the singed pages and the ones still very much ignited...REALLY good job on those, wow. I can think of many scenerios of what might've happened before this picture. I think I love pictures that make me speculate things more.
I love all the green vines and the details in the column - the carved out stones and the way the light comes through, the witness with books tucked under arm, the water fountain (the legs are impressive!), the texture of the stones...it's obvious you have a passion for details and it's observed and admired. Stunning picture. It puts me in mind of LOTR, Legolas being punished. The expression on the spanked elve's face is incredible, just zoning out and taking the pain very realistic. And the spankers clothes are beautiful especially the wispy bits. incredible piece.
