Miu Iruma, the genius Ultimate Inventor, and self proclaimed sexiest woman alive, had made her greatest invention for bullying yet - her ultimate humiliation machine.
Stage 1 of the machine strips the victim completely of all their clothes, and sends them into an incinerator, making sure the unlucky girl is set to have no way to protect their modesty even after the machine is done
Stage 2 of the infernal device would hoist the poor soul up, then two paddles would spank each cheek for as long as Miu set (and Miu being a cruel girl has set this for hundreds of spanks each). While in this position, each girl would also experience a humiliatingly uncomfortable enema, for extra misery.
Stage 3 of this ordeal would see the women placed on a changing table, legs forced in the air while they were powdered and changed into a fresh diaper. Miu had ordered some special diapers specific for each girls Ultimate Talent, intending for each girl to experience this machine plenty of times

As they passed the workshop, Miu set the machines long arms out to capture the girls and drag them in to their doom.
Unfortunately for Miu, while constructing the machine, a certain Fashionista managed to sneak in one night and sabotage the targeting system, as to no longer recognized Miu as the inventor.
So while Miu was celebrating a successful new invention, with Celestia receiving the worst spanking of her life on top of a degrading enema, and Ibuki thoroughly humbled, getting. Her red butt prepared for a diaper, Miu did not see the arms of her own machine until they had already grabbed her and began to strip her - her fate was sealed.
