Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

This time it puts Eri in the spotlight, a little girl and minor character in My Hero Academia, from an alternate universe where she had to be diapered due to incontinence caused by various traumas.
In the show, she suffers from PTSD after what she's been through in season 04, which left her with some serious trust issues regarding male adults and authority figures. She most likely fears retaliation and further abuse from them for the slightest offense, going as far as adopting an apologetic behavior to her caregivers whenever she feels in danger just because she misbehaved - or feels like she did somehow.
Ochako Uraraka, another girl from Class 1-A, is one Eri's elders who seems to care for her the most. In this alternate universe scenario, she decides to do something about Eri's trauma, as a way to make her realize that not all adults in "charge" are necessarily bad and can have good intentions - including making a child feel loved and protected, through the use of discipline to provide a healthy education and a secure environment to grow up again.
That spanking could serve as a genuine way to help Eri let go of her bad feelings, all the while feeling reassured by the fact that some grown-ups care for her enough to set boundaries when required, not as a repressive way to punish her out of evilness, but truly for her well-being and with all due love and benevolence.
The goal here would be to overcome inner guilt, feel emotions again, accept self-vulnerability, and restore confidence in a parental figure. In other words: Therapy Spanking.
