Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!
Sailormoon and DC I know and like. ^^ Though my only real exposer to Hawkgirl character was in JL cartoon series in early 2000's, and if we use that option you'll have to take that role. Harley/Ivy is my OTP, though, and there can be so much kinky stuff used with them! *__* So, they are personal top choice for me, but your opinion shoud count as well, ok?
As for Rei and Sirena, remebering their dynamics in canon, I imagne them as a kind of bisexual free-realtionship couple, if that makes sence; with rivalry for men being a prt of their playful dynamics.

4) multi-characters RP, with disciplinarian deivering spankings for discipline, untill someone asks for them to spank them and gets off to it (or the disciplinarian somehow gets spanke dand finds out it's their fetish)
5) just a seties of punishments, including sexual stuff as one of the methods is always a possibility.
Those are scetchy concepts, I know. More to see what we can do. All of that can be fandom based or not. Your own ideas are more then welcome.

Generally saying i'd like to do things like
1) kind of Circe/Mina dynamics, one of teh partners kinda looks after the other and/or is a boss to the other, but they're also lovers, and the discipline is half-serious, half naughty competition.
2) something along the lines of certain SP Anka and Nocti Raven - kind of "cuckolding" with somene spanking the girl in front of her boyfriend and/or making her do sexual stuff in addition to getting spanked
