hm. maybe after Sherlock and john have gotten snuggly we can timeskip to after they've given evidence in the trail and moriarty's in jail.
then later timeksip again to moriarty having been in jail for a few months, maybe.
that way they can visit him if they want (and see how he practically runs the place) and their wounds would have healed up nicely.
