But you don't need to thank me, but I understand, in RL, I have some disabilities too because I was born premature, I've always been an outcast, no ones ever given me a chance to be a friend, but its their lost!~
Its only now in my adult years I'm finally getting the chance to have friends and they are very precious to me~.
As far as depression itself, that itself is also a condition human, all-time human, I have it, it's nothing to be ashamed of. Mental iness raises a red flag in many peoples's mind: insanity, schizophrenia, howling at the moon. No. Depression is absolutely not a sign of "insanity." Really, depression is a condition in which a person is angry at himself, and that, as I have experienced first hand, is a conditional usually kept within. But with help people learn to overcome depression and lead normal lives; I was able to work while undergoing treatment. If you think chatting with me can help you, I'm here for you. Definitely, if you don't mind please message me and let me know if my VM's have inanyway helped you. I'm your friend. charles.
You don't have to see a psychiatrist. He can be expensive. You can find help through a regular psychologist or counseloe; sometimes, the best thing you can do is talk to somone. Of course it will take time, but sooner or later you will find the cause, and you will find relief.
As far as loneliness goes, this doesn't mean you're necessarily friendless. I don't know in your case but in many cases I've heard of people keep to themselves; they just don't FEEL like associating with others, or in "partying"; Their usual activities bring them no pleasure. These are typical symptoms of sepression.
Just know, you're NOT friendless. You might not know me, but I am here for you and I am your friend. If you want to chat more, anytime, let me know.
That isn't end of the story and my struggle against mental ilness, though it's dormant now, is not extinguished, and three times contrary to my will I was hospitalized. I have been diagnosed with major depression with psychotic features. I don't want you to wait. No one passes through this world without being depressed now and then, if only a little for one reason or another. :ets face it, unha[[iness is a part of the human condition--not constant unhappiness; and "regular, mild human depression" will usually passes. But if you find your condition is chronic, , if it recurs maybe several times a year and finally won't go away, even after 2-4 weeks, get help.
You have the right to know that I have been undergoing psycho-therapy for a number of years. When I first started going my "girlfriend," whom I had a crush on, broke off with me, which led to very serious mental consequences, and the second reason I sought professional help was my desire to be spanked--really, the main reason for my visit, and of course it was terrifyingly humiliating for me to have referred this to a psychiatrist. Fortunately, he was a good one, and he prescribed anti-depreeants that helped me to sleep and generally calm down and become more relaxed about myself.
Why do you have these feelings? Has anything happened to you lately tat they might contribute to these feelings?. . . . Depression is a pretty hard litlle mouse to catch. You may have no consvious reason for depression, so that it may seem you have no reason for it, but the subconscious' memery goes way, way back, and if you look into it as deeply as you cam, you might be able to find the cause of your depression, which is the first step in finding relief.
