unless you want to play it that time has seperated off into anotehr branch of posisble future (thus remaking the future as it goes along), and so he's still experiencing the amy stuff, just this time he's got other people alongside him.
the posisble con of this is that it could be complicated.
But the pros of it is that Amy's more involved with the other guys, and that if they experience the future too alongside her then we have lots and lots of juicy plot stories to steal and customise.


thinking about it, i'm more for the 2nd one, where he's only been travelling with amy for a little while.
after all he does drop her off and pick her back up again frequently.

I imagine the master will have to 'test drive' the doctor's new body after all. and he'd be annoyed at him for leaving.

I imagine that 11 would come back with the Master - so after the reconciliation, but before Amy joins the crew.
I'd say only a month or two would pass max.

Can't wait for him to meet the Master either, though i imagine he'd have done the older-amy-prisoner-zero thing by then, so he can at least appear in his bowtie and a TARDIS that's not on fire and trying to kill everyone who enters it lol

I figure that he'll slot in seeing them maybe after the prisoner zero thing, but before the (2 years?) he's away before he reappears the day before she gets married.
after that she can keep popping up as a member of the crew.
