Jack-John & Doctor-Vic : jack and john go together as a natural couple so it's fine. Doctor and Vic would feel awkward but both and pretty sweet and innocent so would probably get over it.

Vic - jack & doctor -john : Much temptation with Vic and Jack. Plus the doctor would feel very awkward with John, especially when john inevitably tries to A sleep with him or B take the piss out of him

Vic-John & Doctor-Jack : Possible Doctor-Jack fluff/awkwardness which is sweet. Poor old vic woud feel all awkward being with john's who's a stranger, and no doubt John would be intrigued as to Vic having been with Jack. Or he ignores it and somehow manages to seduce vic for the fun of it lol

Regina found the unguarded TARDIS. if they can steal it, they might go wreck havoc - maybe he could his dictatorship takover thing in Thete's dimension for revenge or something.
a few 'years' later once the Master's established a happy little dictatorship and captured Thete's family as well as genrally being a bastard, Thete and 'little' Truth manage to get his own TARDIS and run off to try and find the Doctor and ask for help.

So regina & Master steal steh TARDIS thus stranding them in Regina's house (to promptly be chased my gangmembers)
and a little later (after a couple of years of regina and the master's timeline) Thete manages to find them and fetch them back to the dimension.
It's be in the future in the alternate dimension - so after the last time when the Doctor visited. Little Truth was deposed from the position of prime minster by the Master and is on the run with Thete and everyone else is captured.

I'm not sure either.
on the one hand: "he's so cute nuuu!" D: *clings*
on the other hand: it shows how eveil the master and regina can be and is all plot intensity and character development, esp since the pair aren't being taken as seriously anymore after their defeats.
But as soon as vic dies he's likely to start struggling/fighting. if vic's set free he'll still behave even when tortured just in case the master's still in vic's head in order to protect him.
