This is a known issue, there's been around on this site for a while and there's no fix.

The short version is that a lot of other websites and writing applications quite deliberately insert or replace text with highly complex characters which they know that older websites (like ours) can't handle.

If you copy/paste text from other websites and some MS text editors then it comes up as blank. Our gallery software can't handle some of the curly """ quote marks, and it can't handle non-english characters like the triple dots

You have to remove those out of any text that you're copy/pasting into the gallery desc for it to work. Either paste to .txt and copy again or use 'text cleaner' website to remove the funny characters and it'll work just fine.

Years has passed since last time I commissioned something from Palcomix. They always been trustworthy but I don't know about today. I suggest you to try asking someone who have commissioned them recently.
