"wait for dinner to start? We have nothing else to do? well that is suprising since you seem to be the boss of what I do and when I do it.I thought you would have handed me a schedule or something by now.." He said,now laying back on the bed. "and besides that fact.Even after getting ready for the dinner it is still such a long wait for nothing to be planned."

"We ware supposed to be getting better acquainted seeing as I'm not to leave your side. " The elder announced beforehand and removing his heavy cloak. He strode across the room and opened the door that lead in to the bath room. "Come now better to get it over with sooner then later and risk being late-we should take advantage of this ample time and prim up nice."

Alaith gave a tiny nod.He knew better than to waste time especially when it was before an important meeting.He slowly sat up and sighed a bit then he got up and followed the elder into the bathroom.He didn`t like the idea of not parting with this man for his own protection,but he didn`t want to argue about the matter anymore.Mainly because he knew it was a pointless effort. "Very well,then." he said,making sure that he gave his approval to the man.

Jocelynn ighed softly and closd the door pulling a small comb from his pocket and glancing in to the mirror as he combed out his own hair. It was clear he was already dressed for the occasion. He pulled over a tall chair from the vanity and took a seat.

Alaith brushed through his hair to fix it,even though it really didn`t need to be fixed.He felt a little bad about before,yet not enough to give an apology.He rarely ever said he was 'sorry' and he did not intend to make it his new habit of it anyway.He straightned his shirt a bit to make himself look better after the long carriage ride here.He then reached into his pocket and pulled out a silver pocket watch and checked the time.They still had quite a bit of time leftover until dinner.He sighed as he put the watch back in his pocket then he looked in the mirror,now happy of his apperance.

Jocelynn eyed the younger over. "You need to take a bath to pin your hair back properly... And take those clothes off their messy from the mud. " He said looking over every small fault on the younger. He stood up and headed out of the bathroom to fetch a new set of clothing for his young charge.

Alaith frowned.He turned on the warm water on for the bath,he put in some soap which as the ttub filled bubbles were creathed.He sat down as he waited for the tub to fill,which seemed to take -forever-. "My clothes are fine,they are barely muddly except for a little bit of mud on the bottom of my pantleg." he called so the elder elf could hear him in the next room.

"Doesn't matter you need to look pristine." The elder purred softly. He went through the closet and selected a nice crisp mostly white set of formal wear and set it out on the bed.

He sighed,but undressed and got into the warm bath.He washed up,even though it really wasnt needed.He shut off the water before it got too high. "Why wont you tell me about her?" he asked referring to the earlier question in the carriage. He hated waiting for his answer and found it to be rather annoying.

Jocelynn chuckled. "Because I know it bothers you... why should I give you something before its need?" he asked with another full hearten laugh before heading back towards the bath room. He stepped in and leaned against the door frame. "Don't you suppose it would ruin all the fun?" he asked.
