Like Mr.Congo, i also have alot of variations (i call them derivitives or modified versions) of my gifs.
I was going to upload some of them here but if this is an issue, then maybe i shouldn't.

Why would it be an issue?
This is a thread about people tracing others artists works without permission.
Besides, as you noted, Congolike does it~

For a while now I've been looking at Funbun's 'art' and kept telling my self they looked like some one traced a photograph. Upon over looking their gallery a week after looking for 'bride spanking' images to get a better understanding of a flipped skirt effect I realized I've seen one of those poses before. And look at what we have here! ;D After having been a student in the fine arts for 8 years I can get awfully close to the exact replication of an image and I've basically been taught to find the tell tale signs of tracing.

Puppy! has recently been caught tracing without referencing, and the picture they traced from was from a pose site no less. Once confronted with this fact, they denied it to no end and still refused to reference properly, saying instead that they were referencing their own lay sketch.

Ciel, the example you posted doesn't show tracing, but referencing. Using art references isn't shameful, it's something artists do to learn their trade. Professional artists copy from statues/photos/models all the time.
Please refer to Rob's original post in this thread to remember what constitutes proper shameful behavior.

Sorry about that. I made that post fairly early in the morning while also dealing with finals and a bunch of other crap. I've edited the post to better fit the thread, while also remaining truthful at the same time.
This isn't referencing, though, and most artists who actually do what referencing is supposed to be will know that (man, I've had my ears lectured off lately about that king of thing). Having seen both pictures outside the .gif and the .gif itself, though, the picture is very much a shameless trace if it can match up so perfectly line for line.
Really, though, the heinousness of it comes from the fact that they went so far to deny it that they say they were referencing themselves (I apologize for missing on that mark), is the truly shameless act here.

I must say that I never copy a pose but, well, sometimes I later discover that other artist had similar ideas before me.
