"Yes, but not before you had the proper training", Steve said calmly and continued eating.

Melissa sighed and nodded. "Maybe you are right", she said and smiled.

"Nope, you're not. And if I catch you fighting against bad guys with the purpose to get in trouble, I won't safe you, because it's your own fault. I told you that you need to act responsible to be worth getting training from me. I will not waste my time getting you out of trouble", he told her firmly but calmly.

Tony scoffed playfully, "Oh I'm always right Melissa." he grinned and downed more of the wine.

Emily narrowed her eyes, her pride hurt. "Shut up Steve, Like I need some pretty boy like you to save me!" she snapped and got up, "See ya later." she growled, turning to leave.

Steve sighed annoyed. Great. "I just meant that you should try to stay out on trouble.", he told her calmly.

"More like 100% of the time." Tony grinned and chuckled, finishing his food rather happily, "There's no arguing the truth."

Emily frowned, hurt. "I know exactly what you meant Steve Rogers!" she snapped, "Just because I'm a girl you think I can't handle myself....." she frowned and grabbed her drink, tossing it over the blonde, "Sexist pig!"

Melissa rolled her eyes at Tony but decided not to discuss this anymore. He wouldn't give in, he wasn't the type for that. "So...what do we do after dinner?", she asked carefully.

Steve sat there for a moment, stunned. He expected much, but not that. Slowly, he stood up, and payed, before he took the girls arm and walked outside with her. Once outside, he searched for a quiet spot and sighed, hugging her to him. "I'm sorry.", he said calmly. "I didn't mean it that way...really...", he added, hoping she would understand him at least a little bit.

"Well, we should visit Doctor Banner again, and inform him that scare in the lab hasn't lead to anything." Tony said firmly, wondering if she'd find it awkward seeing Bruce after being spanked by him.

Emily fought against him as he took her arm but when she was hugged, she relaxed against him and wrapped her arms around him. "I really don't want you to think of me as a child or weak...." she said softly, "I'm sorry I yelled and threw my drink over you...."
