Robert Davies was an extraordinarily handsome man. He had thick black hair that curled about his head giving him a Byronic look. Whether he consciously acknowledged the resemblance to that famous figure, no one knew, but Frank Davies dressed in a Byronic style.

When the girls entered the study, their Father was lounging in his leather arm chair. He wore a blousy white shirt unbuttoned almost to his waist, revealing a broad chest covered with the same curling black hair that adorned his head.

His pipe rested in the side of his mouth and he puffed and frowned over it.

He beckoned the girls to come right up to where he was sitting.

"Do you know why I'm not writing, Chrystal? Do you Star? Could it be that my darling little angels were not as quiet as their dear Papa has asked them to be?"

As Chrystal and Star entered the study, and approached their father's desk, Chrystal had a very uneasy feeling.

Though they knew he loved them, the look he often gave, scared them.

"We were just palying outside. Star was in "Hyper mode" again." Chrystal said, boldly stepping forward.

Being the older sister, Chrystal could not fight the powerful sibling instinct to protect her little sister. Though she was more behaved of the two, she ended up over her father's lap more often because he saw that instict as another type of defyance.

Chrystal quickly kneeled down to confort her sister. "We were only playing. We didn't mean to be so loud." She said. "Please, Father. This is not worth getting upset over."

Robert slowly drew his pipe stem from his mouth and languidly blew a blue cloud of smoke into the air. He put his fine pipe on a specially designed tray and sat up in his chair.

"It may not be worth it to you, little one," he said looking at Star, "and your Big Sister may not think it is worth it, but I think it IS worth it and, as your Father, it is my opinion that counts. Come here to me both of you. Quickly now, step up!"

Robert sat upright and separated his legs. He pointed to a spot directly in front of his knees and Chrystal took Star's hand and lead her to their father.

"You are both going to be spanked," he said calmly. "Spanked until you are crying. Then I shall put you in the corner for one solid hour! Perhaps then, you will remember to play nicely. Baby Star, you are first."

Robert reached forward and picked up little Star. He lifted her off her feet and placed her face down across his lap.

"Father, please!" Chrystal said, near begging. "We didn't mean anything by it. Star was in hyper mode. It was the only thing I could think of."

"Well, she will soon have a splendid outlet for her high energy," Robert said. He turned up his youngest daughter's dress, holding her firmly in place across his broad lap, and then lowered his frilly panties to her ankles.

Star's adorable, chubby little bare bottom was ready for her spanking.

Robert rested his hand on her fanny and Chrystal saw that Father's hand completely covered Star's small bottom.
