Jane didn't hurry to finish with her other duties, and then she returned to Liam, he was a sobbing mess. She had to admit, the teen looked kind of cute like this - certainly more cute then while mouthing off and bossing her around.

Liam just sniffled irritably as Nurse Jane implied he was making a big deal out of nothing (His ass was on fire!) and stared apprehensively at the enema bag, feeling a great sense of unease.
“Um…how long, exactly? And…how much water?” He asked timidly. He didn’t quite understand what was about to happen, but something told him he wasn’t going to enjoy it much, despite whatever relief it might give him…

(As long as it’s not, like, really gross and graphic descriptions of diarrhoea or anything, than I think I’ll be okay, lol.).

"Well, from 40 minutes to two or three hours" Jane informed. "Judging on your reaction, I would assume your rectum is sensitive and the longer time is more likely. To surely wash it off, I prepared the four pints enema. Nothing extraordinary for a boy of your age." Well, it was true, but it was also a volume one hardly forgets, as the nurse knew from her medical experience. Though Liam probably needed it anyway if he'd been constipated for a couple of days.

Liam didn’t really know exactly what she was talking about, and he was pretty sure four pints was much more than he could comfortably hold, but the inside of his butt was so very hot and itchy, and he couldn’t bear the thought of going through this for forty more minutes, let alone several hours, so he took a deep breath.
“O- Okay, you’ll…you’ll go slowly though…right?”

'Yes, I promise" Jane said with an encouraging smile - a sincer one. Then iam was nota complete brat, his childishness was adorable in a way. The nurse stroke his hair again before she realised it. "All right, now lie on your side, bend your legs in knees a bit to stick your butt out and bare it, ok?" She ordered, as she hanged the bag on the special hook attached to the hospital bed and started to lube a long enema tip.

Liam whimpered a little, but did as she said nonetheless, being careful of his sore butt all the while. He didn’t want a “reminder”, about listening to medical professionals and following their orders.
“You promised last time, too…” he mumbled resentfully, still rather bitter about being left to suffer with what felt like a hot poker up his ass.

She inserted the tip of the enema in the teen's twitching anus. It was longer then the thermometer, but lubed well and the nurse was careful. Then it was fixed deep inside firmly, she opened the valve, and the slightly soapy warm water started to flow - at first slowly and with little intensity.

“Exactly! I’m not used to it!” Liam argued, but blushed at the “soiled little boys” comment. It wasn’t his fault he was sick…
He squeaked slightly as the tube was inserted, his eyes watering and his toes curling in discomfort as it was slid a few inches into his rectum. It felt weird and was unbelievably embarrassing, but Nurse Jane seemed to be making an effort not to cause him any unnecessary distress, so he did his best to be stoic and relax.
Upon starting to feel the water flowing inside him, he groaned and just buried his face in his pillow. He didn’t feel particularly filled yet, but the warm liquid starting to flow into his bottom felt unfamiliar and strange, and he squirmed miserably.
“It shouldn’t take four pints just to wash out my…um…” he trailed off. There wasn’t really any words he could use that would be less embarrassing, so he just decided to finish the question without it and hope.
“…right?” He peeked over his shoulder at her.
