Internally he was fighting back against Samuel's plans but ultimately knew that it was futile & not worth the risk to ignore his requests any longer. After all, He did agree to them. Ian went and laid down on the mat without any arguing but a feeling of defeat.

Ian felt utterly humiliated at this whole ordeal & regretted his wrongs at this point. As he was given the oil, It felt cold to him & as he was turned over to be powdered. He felt even more humiliated. As Ian was reminded by Sam to use the diapers & to ask him to change them when needed. He simply nodded & said meekly "Okay...Daddy..." before climbing into his lap for some well-deserved cuddles.
