Cherry-Red Blossom's Black and Blue Mission (For Foalsitter Cadenza *Severe*)

Discord was bored. He promised not to cause havok in Equestria, but for the embodiment of chaos it was not only extremely hard, but left nothing else to do. He had been entertaining himself, altering the color of flowers in the forests and turning stones in the rivers into marmalade, and such innocent things, then he noticed an approaching agent of disorder, someone innocent in appearance, but with some lies and plans and schemes in her young mind. Being a power of entropy himself, Discord was almost omniscient in such matters, so he immediately knew what was the secret reason a young pony from Saddle Sore entered Equestria.

And he immediately had a plan how to alert the situation and prevent the possible danger. Of course, it would be a bit chaotic... but he'll be doing it for good cause, to give a lesson to a foreign sleeping agent, so Discord will still be a good guy! At least it seemed so to dragon-horse creature himself.

While the train with young filly approached to Ponyville, Discord flew all over Equestria, slightly alerting the minds of each and every it's citizen, changing one subject only... their views on corporal punishments.

Cherry Red Blossom was an older filly, only a couple of years away from fully reaching ponyhood, and looking forwards to attending Ponyversity, and then starting a career in government service in her native land of Saddle Sore. She had been making outstanding marks on all subjects, and had attracted the attention of Princess Eastern Star herself. This had led to several meetings, and discussions (MANY of which involved her plot and flanks spanked until they were very bruised, after all when you dealt with Easty, you got spanked, a LOT!) and the Princess had decided the filly was perfect for an mission she had in mind. Eastern Star needed an spy to infiltrate Equestria and learn of any changes in the true status of things. This cute innocent looking filly fit the bill perfectly. So the plan was hatched whilst Cherry was over a chair getting paddled black and blue yet again by the Princess whilst Gothy Moon stood by watching with a obvious grin.

Cherry would be sent to Ponyville as an "Exchange Student Program" in order to "study the educational system of Equestria first hand"... Her real goals were to use this status to spy on the "Mane Six" as the Elements of Harmony had come to be known in some circles. And once she had gotten to know them, she was to gain acceptance and gain access to Princess Luna, and Princess Celestia, and then send information back to Saddle Sore on any changes since the last time that the kingdoms had interacted....

Now Cherry was sitting on the train on her way to Ponyville. The stunningly beautiful adolescent filly had almost milky white skin, and long red hair and tail. Her flanks were adorned with a still fairly new Cutie Mark, a bright white cherry blossom, crossed by a pair of extremely red cherries that looked very much like a shapely just spanked plot. She wore a proper pleated skirt, and blouse school uniform, and appeared the perfectly innocent sweet school filly. In her pack was a special letter from Princess Eastern Star stating that Cherry was an exchange student, and with special instructions that the filly was to be disciplined in Saddle Sore traditional methods. In other words, for the slightest low grades, or mistakes, she was to have her plot bared, be bent over, and spanked as hard and long as possible. Little did she know that Discord was trying to "help" Equestria by placing a special spell over the nation.

As Cherry-Red exited the train, she placed her baggage on a cart, and looked around a bit, hoping to see anypony she could ask for directions to Ms. Cheerilee's school, so she could at least get in most of a day of attendance and not cause too much of a disturbance by being late already.

That didn't seem too difficult, as there were a few ponies milling about around the train station... however, one sight that caught her eye was a mare dragging her filly out of the gift shop by the ear. "Owie! I'm sorry, mommy! I'm sorry!" she begged, wincing in pain.

"Not as sorry as you WILL be!" The mare replied, forcing the little filly across her lap before immediately starting to smack her poor flank.

A stallion who was probably the shop's owner also stepped out and nodded in approval at the sight, before glancing over to Cherry. "Well hello little filly. You just arrive in Ponyville?" he asked, giving her a curious nod while the spanking continued behind him.

Cherry watched the spanking with interest then turned to the Shop Keeper with a curtsy, politely replying, "Oh hello there. Yes sir, just arrived from Saddle Sore as an Exchange Student. I was wondering if you could point me in the direction of the school that Miss Cheerilee runs? However the thoughts in her mind were: "Well, here I am, just a little filly out in the big, bad world on a grown up pony's mission." And her eyes went back to the spanking taking place out in public. She turned to the mother and said happily in a voice sounding far too much like a child's, "Your a great Mommy, to spank your filly good and hard in public like this. Good for you, now wear her rear out good ma'am".

Between the voice and her filly outfit, the mare gave her a stern look. "Whelp, better hope Miss Cheerilee's in an understanding mood about that train then." The shop-pony replied with a shrug before glancing at the mare and filly. "Otherwise you'll end up like that little filly."

"You already wasted enough time here. I'm definitely spanking you, and if you leave, you better be prepared for my paddle instead!" The mare said, giving her a stern glare as she gave her all at spanking her daughter, the poor filly screeching in pain.

"Better bring that cart back too, little filly. Or you'll have a belting added to that list of punishments coming up." The Shopkeep-pony likewise told her with an expectant look.

Cherry stopped heading to the road, and thought hard. She then looked at the mare thoughtfully before replying, "Well ma'am, I do deserve a spanking from you for watching you punish your daughter, but the later I am for school, the worse Ms. Cheerilee's paddling will be, but if I go now, then I will have another paddling from you. Likewise, after a small run, she did start to pick out the quaint little schoolhouse that Ponyville had where Ms. Cheerilee taught... however, as she started to approach the building, she could hear something else. Specifically, she could hear the hard whacking sounds that any Saddlesore citizen would easily recognize as a very firm paddling, along with a filly wailing and begging for mercy.
