This story is set in a mystical and diverse land, very far away from here. In a large rural town, Korin Valey and his older sister, Saeko, were ready to set out on a great journey.

Korin is deeply in love with the beautiful, and rich, Lady Leila. However, she has absolutely no interest in him as a prejudiced noblewoman. But, Korin is convinced that if he proposes to her with the Elrond Ancalimë, that she will fall in love with him just like that. The Elrond Ancalimë is a sacred and valuable ring, legend has it that it once belonged to a goddess. But the Elrond Ancalimë is hidden in a far off land, in an ancient temple, and Korin doesn't want to go get it alone. So, he placed this proclamation all over their home town:

"Come one, come all, and get ready for the adventure of your lives! This message is meant for any who seek adventure, wealth, or power. We don't care who you are. Any race, any age, any skill. If you wish to join us on our quest, come to the below address on Midsummers Night. Details will be provided when you arrive, and you must be able to follow our orders, and any orders given by our selected senior staff. If you miss this opportunity, it may never come around again..."

It's now Midsummers Night, Korin and Saeko are waiting for their new recruits.

There was a knock... upon opening the door was a blond haired male. Seventeen in age, he had green eyes, fair skin, and was slim in structure. He dressed in leather and swede. He carried a bow and quiver of arrows on his back, and a fisher's cap was slightly tilted to one side.He wore fingerless gloves and boots that look as though they wouldn't make to much trouble if one were to go climbing in them.

Saeko looked up from her book. Her long black hair fell down around her shoulders, and her blue-grey eyes looked upon their newest visitor. Her outfit was slightly revealing, but it complimented her lean, and slender physique. Her eyebrow raised and she pick up her own bow and quiver. "Well, hello there."

He smiled lightly... "Marksman Verin at your service." He pulled his long mid back length golden hair behind a sharpened elf ear.His finger nails were painted an ebony color reflecting his name. Yes he carried the name of a demon. Verin demon of impatiens. his eyes held a seductive yet inquisitive look as he scanned his surroundings.

She nodded. "Nice to meet you. I'm Saeko, but don't call me that. I'm NOT a psycho. Just call me Sae. Wait a moment and I'll get Korin." She stood and walked into another room.

((HA! Saeko & psycho = pronounced the same. It's a pun!))

He smiled lightly looking around the room as she left. he found that this would be a very interesting bunch to travel with. He got the notion from the strange furniture they had every were. Verin sighed as he took out his bow and an arrow. He set the arrow in the bow string and stared to aim at different things.

Korin was pulling on his leather gloves when Saeko entered the living room. His short black hair and grey eyes matched his sisters. "We have a guest!" She smiled and winked at him. He nodded and grabbed a long spear.

"Let's go greet them then." He wore traditional travlers attire, boots, woll breeches, a sturdy belt, a shirt with vest, and an ample cloak with a hood. He looked like he was ready to leave that instant. Korin and Saeko walked into the room to find their guest aiming an arrow at them.

He put his weapons away and looked at him up an down "where are we headed? Somewhere dangerous? somewhere beautiful? somewhere thats hasn't been charted yet?" he flooded them with questions.

"That's pretty much all you know, Korin." He twitched.

He sighed heavily and plopped down in to a chair... "So are there any others coming with us?" He asked fingering his gloves from being bored.The night was still young;That meant there might still be people coming.
