It was a warm monday afternoon as the sound of a chair scraping against the tile floor, towards the counter,"Okay...",he mumbled climbing up. Right in front of him was the cabinet opening it up slowly, a bright smile coming to his face, the 'place of treasures' or to everyone else, the treats cabinet. "Come tah me!",he said making grabby hands at the chocolate chip cookies taking two into one hand and another stuffed into his mouth.

He quickly hopped down afterwards pushing the chair back and scurried out the room, walking towards the living room after stuffing the two cookies in his short overalls pocket. The young man, Kurt, planted himself in front of the TV munching quite happily on his secret treat.

Liam had just finished up some paperwork for his job, and went in search of Kurt to make sure the little boy had not gotten himself into any trouble. As he made his way downstairs, he heard the TV playing and soon enough a little boy came into view with one cookie in his mouth and two in his pocket. Liam cleared his throat, waiting for Kurt to look at him before raising a brow. "I don't remember you asking Daddy if you could have cookies." He said sternly, crossing his arms as he spoke.

"I also believe I put the cookies up high so you couldn't take them without permission." Liam added, bending down and picking Kurt up before sitting on the couch with the little in his lap. "Did you climb onto something to get them Kurt?" He asked, keeping a tight hold on Kurt in case the younger man decided to try and get away from his irate daddy.

Kurt was happily watching his cartoons and eating the cookie when he heard a little too familiar sound of his daddy, suddenly the sweet treat tasted and felt like sand in his mouth. He turned his head slowly looking at Liam,"D-Daddy... I...um....",he said nervously holding up a cookie,"Um... Hungrys?". He glanced down slowly,"You were busys.... Didn't wanna bother you...".

He whimpered as he was picked up,"T-The kitchen chair daddy...",Kurt mumbled softly burying his face into his daddy's chest.

Liam had to force himself not to smile when Kurt offered him the cookie, but he still shook his head. "You know that isn't an excuse Kurt." He chided sternly. "Daddy will get you treats when you ask, and when you deserve them. We have rules about little boys disobeying, don't we?" Liam asked, tilting Kurt's face up to look at him when the younger man hid his face in his daddy's chest. "And what happens when little boys disobey daddy?"

As he asked the question, Liam stood Kurt in front of him so he could start unbuttoning the little overalls the boy was wearing. Kurt knew what was going to happen, and Liam began pulling off Kurt's shirt until his short boyfriend was left only in a diaper.

The boy looked down as he was scolded starting to sniffle softly before replying to Liam,"Yes daddy...",he said before his face was lifted. Giving another whimper Kurt answered the second question,"They get spanked daddy... But I don't want a spanking! I'll be good!",he tried to reason sniffling even more. He pouted as he was moved in front of him, trying to hold up his overalls before he lost that, gasping as he went to save his shirt next to no avail. Looking down at his only protection, Kurt's lip started trembling reaching down to tug his overalls up,"Hurts enough with them daddy! Please!",he asked with his best puppy face.

"You already disobeyed Daddy, Kurt. If you wanted a spanking than it wouldn't be very helpful." Liam pointed out, before raising a brow when Kurt tried pulling his overalls back up. He pulled the little against his chest, landing several spanks to the exposed bottom peeking out from the diaper. "Little boys are spanked bare bottom Kurt, especially after doing something dangerous like climbing on shelves." And with that, Liam untaped the diaper and pulled Kurt over his lap. He wrapped an around around the small figure to keep him place. "We've talked about this before, haven't we?" Liam asked sternly, bringing his palm down on the pale little bottom and watching a pink handprint appear on the once pale flesh.

Kurt gasped pushing back softly as he was swatted,"Oww! Owie! Daddy! Nooo!",he whined kicking slightly,"But my chest is bare too Daddy!",he huffed. He soon regretted it however once his diaper was unstrapped,"Nakeds daddy! Cept for my socks..",he mumbled looking at the paw printed socks with a pout. The boy sniffled as he was over Liam's knee, wiggling to get comfy before he was secured,"Yes daddy.. But it was just a chair! An I was as careful as possible! I didn't use the spinny bar chair!",he said as the swat landed causing him to yelp.

"It doesn't matter that it was just a chair. You could easily have fallen or the chair could have tipped over." Liam lectured sternly, landing swats to the rounded little bottom as he spoke. He made sure to cover the wriggling little bottom as best he could so that it was a even pink, before Liam raised his knee to begin peppering Kurt's undercurve with swats. "We have rules and you are expected to follow them Kurt, or Daddy will spank your naughty bottom." Liam said, landing two spanks to each of Kurt's thighs to emphasize his displeasure. "We have talked about this before. And then there's stealing cookies, we have a rule about that too don't we Young Man?"

Kurt yelped kicking the best he could as each swat was placed on his bottom, it was starting to feel like someone was roasting it! "B-But Daddy! I didn't fall or anything! Those are just could haves!",he protested sniffling louder as the punishment continued. As soon as his undercurves were hit the boy started crying, wanting to reach back but stopping himself as he knew it would only get worse. "U-Uh huh.... Not supposed to steal... Doesn't matter even if it was at home...c-cause stealing is bad!",Kurt replied wiping at his eyes as the tears flowed down his cheeks. The cookies were starting to seem like the worst food ever to him right now, his bottom was getting toasted and all because of three chocolate chip cookies. "Daddy you don't get spankeds for eating the cookies when you wanna eat them...",he commented though he already knew exactly why it was so.

Liam pointed out, hardening his heart to the crying little boy over his lap whose poor bottom had been spanked to a dark, sore pink. "That's right Kurt, good boy." Liam praised when Kurt answered his question about stealing, before chuckling in spite of himself when Kurt pointed out he got to eat cookies. "That's because I'm the daddy and I only eat one cookie at a time. Not like a certain little boy who eats five and then gets a tummy ache." He added, before leaning over to the side table and grabbing a little ruler he left there in case of situations just like this. "We're going to have ten with the ruler since we've talked about this before." Liam announced, before swatting the sore little undercurve twice, and landing the remainder on the plump little bottom. Kurt's bottom was now a bright red, and Liam put the ruler down before helping Kurt up and then pulling the little boy onto his lap to give him a hug. "All done now Kurt, everything is forgiven."
