The Darkners’ rule wasn’t an easy one after their takeover, and none knew this better than the trio who’d initially tried to stop them. Sitting in a prison cell, Kris, Ralsei, and Susie all stood around as they tried their best to figure out a plan. Whether that was a plan to escape, or one to attempt at enduring what the Darkners had planned, was still up for debate.

Susie was obviously very up for escape, as her an passivity weren’t even in the same realm of each other. Ralsei, even with his outwardly timid attitude, still had it in his mind to try and figure out a way to get out of prison, and make the world better again.

As for Kris...Kris was...well, Kris...

As Kris was the "leader" of the rebellious trio. Was told he'd be the first to be taken to "The Punishment" in a week. Now a week had passed. Wich just made him nervous to his stomach, he wasn't sure what it was and it deeply scared him. Worse, he was worried what would happen to Ralsei and Susie...He looked over at the 2 who tried to formulate there own plan. Kris was too nervous to really think of anything. Atleast at first, an idea struck him.

"Go without me" He said. "Most of the guards are supposed to go to the dungeon to view my...punishment, as they called it, and while that's going on you can escape" Kris said

Then one can hear the keys being put into the cell door outside. Kris had spoken just in time.

“Hell no. I’m rushing them as soon as that gate opens!” Susie insisted, since she had grown more attached to Kris than she’d like to admit. She hid Th is under her desire to escape as quickly as possible, and hoped they wouldn’t look into it.

Ralsei seemed startled by this, and instinctively got ready to fight as best he could, despite how unprepared he felt, and how bad of an idea it would probably be.

(Could you play the Darkener guard that escorts Kris away?)

If someone told him months ago, or heck a few weeks ago that Susie would be this protective of him he would have laughed.

"Please, if you care about me then you'll stop and just let me take this and well fight later" Kris asked. He could not quite tell if Susie wanted to escape or if she was developing feelings for.....he blushed thinking about the second possibility.

Susie was very obviously conflicted. She opened her mouth to protest, but found that nothing came out. She’d spent all their time when they first got to this place fighting, arguing, and generally being bother to Kris. She never followed orders, and by this point, she felt awful for it. So, for once, she finally sighed, and sat down on the floor, which got a breath of relief from Ralsei. The teams little wizard came over, giving Kris a quick hug before the door was opened.

“Stay safe, Kris.”

With this, the door opened, and Ralsei stepped away. The Darkner who walked in looked between the two, raising an eyebrow at the misfit team as he spoke, “Kris, let’s go.”

Kris sighed happy that Susie didn't try to fight and sat down. Kris was briefly thinking about going torwards her to hug her or something, but decided against it. Kris smiled further as he felt the Wizard hug him, Kris returned it happy to get a bit of relief in this Ordeal.

Kris looked at the floor as Ralsei stopped the hug and the Darkener looked over them. He heard the Darkeners instructions and nodded, and walked next to him, waiting for The Darkener to escort him away, feeling butterflies in his stomach

The Darkner led Kris through a bit of a short, but complex path, through stone tunnels with few distinguishable marks. Eventually, they walked into a semi-small room, where there was a pillory in the center of the room, which looked lower than a normal one would be, and had a bar in front of it for once’s waist to rest.

The Darkner went over, and opened it, looking directly at Kris, silently commanding him to put himself into it.

(Could you decribe what the Darkener looks like?

Kris left the cell and followed his soon to be Punisher as he led him away towards a dungeon. Butterflies continued to spark in his stomach as this happened. The boy wore an outfit simmilar to his outfit from the dark world But with the armoured pieces removed. So he was in a one piece black fabric outfit that hugged his body quite tightly.

When the door opened he could feel himself shake do to how nervous he was...and then he was suprised, there was no torture Table or torture devices. Just a pillory lowered to his size and a bar.

When the darkener looked at him after opening the Pillory Kris gulped. And quickly walked over to it, he then breathed in as he bent over, placing his neck and wrists into the appropriate areas. He was glad at least the bar he could bend over made this slightly more comfortable. He blushed of course as he realized the position made him stick his rump out. He wondered what was ahead of him.....was he going to whip him? Poor water on his retrained head?

As soon as the imp-like darkner closed the pillory, he locked it tight; a sneer, and excited eyes visible through the club on the front of his helmet. He stepped aside, and seemed to be picking something off the wall, before coming back over. Kris could suddenly feel a flat piece of wood in his rump, as the darkner had seemingly plucked the paddle out of the wall.

“This comes from the king himself, hero!” He teased, before the paddle went up, then sliced back down through the air, sending a sharp crack through the air after the impact. The paddling was only made worse by the sarcastic way he’d said the word: hero. He wanted to make sure Kris knew that he’d failed to stop the king of the darkners, and would be punished deeply for it, most likely along side Ralsei and Susie.

Kris gave a light whimper as he felt the pillory shut and lock him in tight. Securing him in position for whatever was Ahead.

He tensed as the Darkener left to the side of the room, continuing to ponder what was going to happen. Then he felt it, some flat wood pat against his rump. It took Kris a few seconds to ponder and figure out what was happening. He was about to be spanked? That made him blush scarlet, the idea of having his tush spanked by the guard was..humiliating. Then he felt it, the wood strike against his rump, or made his cheeks wobble and feel as if he sat on an oven for a second. Then he let the "Hero" sink in, this was supposed to be different. He was supposed to be the big hero who saved the dark world from the evil tyrant...but instead this is what he'd be reduced to, a boy being spanked and humiliated as a result of het failure. And God, what would his friends go through?
