Detective Conan: Trouble at Home (private RP)

"Thanks Agasa!" Richard said then turned and started for home...still holding Conan under his arm...he was just about to turn down the lane to where they lived when a thought he had earlier struck him...he then turned the oposite direction and kept walking till was in front of a mens specialty shop that was having a sale of Mens Hair Brushes!

"You wont mind if we pop in here for a bit will you?" Richard said...not really asking because he was already pulling the door open....the door chimed to alert the store that they had a customer and Richard scanned the store and then spotting what he was looking for in the back.....a plush display case of assored flat back hairbrushes.

A tall, distinguished looking gentleman, with a deep cleft in his chin,his dark hair combed straight back towered over the display. He eyed conan tucked under Richard's arm, his face red and his eyelids puffy - clear signs that the child had been crying - and smirked.

The man looked up at Richard and smiled. "Out for a little shopping with your son," he said solicitously, "and a fine looking little chap he is too. Looks just like you, if I may say. And how many I help you?"

Before Richard, who was already miffed at this jerk's oily style and his supposing that conan was HIS kid (well he was sort of HIS!!) and then saying that they looked alike.

Richard hiked conan up and looked at him. He had to admit that conan was pretty cute looking for an obnoxious know-it-all, brat. Not such a bad comparison after all, MAYBE.

The salesman smirked again and tipped the hairbrush case. Oh yes the boy had been crying; perhaps he'd been recently disciplined. Was that why this Father had stopped in. Was he looking for the right tool to do the job properly.

"Are you interested in a fine, solid wood hairbrush!" the salesman said, picking up one beauty, raising an eyebrown and slapping the back of the brush against one palm.

Richard attention was now directed to the hairbrush making a firm smack again the salesmans palm.

"Well I dont know" Richard said slowly...he wasnt one to spend much money and he wanted to come out on top of this deal.
"Seems a bit on the weak side...and I want to get my moneys worth"

"Indeed," the salesman said, "well I can assure you that this hairbrush is up for the job's for which it has been designed. It's made of the very best wood...solid....firm. Here...hold it for a second...get a feel for the handle."

He turned the brush so that he was holding the bristle side and slapped the handle of the brush into Richard's open palm. Richard's fingers closed around it. It felt....it felt...well...it felt natural and it felt good.....it felt POWERFUL!!"

"Perhaps you and your son would like a little demonstration of its efficacy," the salesman said, his voice was deep and very, very insinuating.

conan was nobody's fool and he struggled, "Uncle Richard...uh...uh...let's...let's go home. Those brushes are a rip off! They have the same one's in Shop and Stop for a quarter of the price. You don't want one of those rip off deals."

The salesman frowned, pressed his lips together and looked at Richard ruefully. The look said volumes, "Don't you know how to teach your son any manners??" it said.

Richard looked the brush over carefully..and stuck out his lips....then after hearing Conans comment decided to give the brush a test run..and cracked it hard over his shorts 3 times.
"Quiet Conan!..cant you see the adults are talking!" he then looked back at the salesmen and tried to look dis-interested hoping for a better deal.

"Oh I dont know...it looks awefully expensive!"

The salesman was a little surprised when Richard suddenly walloped conan's short clad bottom hard with the brush.

conan yowled and kicked hard, tears springing into his eyes. "OW! OW! OW!" He was going to apologize, but thought it might earn him another smack and just kept quiet.

The salesman, on the other hand, had no intention of losing a sale.

"Despite what your little boy said, i assure you that you will never find as fine a piece of craftsmanship at ....that other store." He said 'other store' as if he were talking about something a dog left under a fire hydrant.

"The real issue is quality and quality lasts. Cheap plastic hairbrushes, or wooden hairbrushes made of pressed cardboard are no substitute for the real thing. This brush is made to last. Let me show you what I mean."

Conan still dangled from Richard's arm. The salesman went around to the 'head' side and lifted conan's chin. They he neatly brushed Conan's hair giving him a part down the center that the boy knew must look completely DORKY!

"These are superb bristles! They will last for a lifetime and this...." he patted the paddle side against his palm, "this side will last for as long as you need it to. It will do as fine a job of grooming a boy's character as the other side will do for his hair."

The salesman paused and added, "Three discerning Men came in the shop today, with their sons, and purchased this fine model and two of them have called to tell me how superbly it works."

Then the salesman smirked and added, "I didn't have to brush the boy's HAIR through a pair of pants!"

It seemed that this particular Salesmen was very convincng but Richard still trying to fien aloofness squinted his eyes.

"Does it come in Black?"

The salesman frowned and opened the wooden velvet lined box wider. There were hairbrushes of every size, shape and color.

"And they're all solid maple!" the salesman said.

conan bit his lip he was dying to make a comment. It was so hard to keep it inside, he pressed his hands against his little mouth, his eyes bulging behind his glasses.

Then he turned his head away from his hands and the comment came out, "Wow! The brushes and your head both made of the same material. Bet your head doesn't last for a lifetime!!"

Richard was shocked at how Conan yelled that remark ...and then grabbed the nearest brush which happend to be of very dark colored wood and was twice as big as the one Agasa had.
"I'll take THIS ONE!!!!" Richard yelled loudly to the Salesman and

"will that be cash or plastic?" The sales clerk said eyes wide in surprise she had never seen someone so velement about a hairbrush before.

"PLASTIC!!!" Richard yelled and handed the lady his card...

"would you like a bag for this sir?"


"NO!..I dont need one...OH and could you point out the dessing room?" Richard said his face beet red....gripping the newly bought brush.

The girl pointed to the right side of the store.

"Thanks!...it will just take a second!"
Richard then stormed across the store into the mens dressing room.
"I have had enough of your sassy mouth Conan..I am going to spank you and then you are going to apologize to that nice salesman!!!"

Richard jerked off Conans shorts...and flipped the boy over his knee.

"But Uncle Richard," conan said desperately, "he was a complete ....um...heh heh...he wasn't very nice. He wasn't an honest man, I think...in my opinion....."

Conan didn't get to say his opinion. Because he was interrupted.

"I am going to spank you and then you are going to apologize to that nice salesman!"

Even in his fear, conan said, "NICE? Are you kiddin'?"

Then, conan had to grab onto Richard's shoulders as the man bent over unbuttoned his short pants and tugged them down to his ankles. Then Conan was lifted and plopped over Richard's lap.

"Wait! Uncle Richard! Don't! I'm only a little kid! This may scar my little libido!"

Conan felt Richard's fingers grip the waistband of his new little panda brief.
