Actually, there are several of them from Tank Cop I can think of off the top of my head. He posts over at adultfanfiction. In most of his stories the spankings are either tied in with infantification/diaper play/sissyfication or lead to sex. Terriermon's diaper adventures was, um, something else. Not bad, just different. One day in the woods, on the other hand, is a fairly straitforward story where Mimi catches TK peeping on her with the expected result, followed by sex.

There is also a rather long english language original doujin that I think was entitled Digimon Reunion, but I could be wrong on that. Around page 90 or so, a sequence begins where a teacher from the kids' school finds them all in flagrante delicto, and spanks pretty much all of the children for several pages until the digimon step in.

There are more, but I am currently at my folk's place, away from my computer and all my bookmarks.
