hmmm that's tough to decide on because with almost all my experience with my dear Uncle Bill he has always been caring and understanding to me always there listening me and to comfront me when I had something I wanted to tell him even if it wasn't at all spank related he has always been there for me. Somtimes he of course can be a little perverted and loves to give me a spanking just because but I still love him and haven't once had a problem with him. So I don't think he deserves a spanking but I will take it in his place should everyone decide here he does ^-^ Love you Uncle Bill!
