Escar got the wind knocked out of him feeling the kick to his abdomen sending him flying backwards but he managed to stop himself midair. He then charges towards Vegeta once more and this time actually block and withstood the next heavy hit before retaliating with one his own sending Vegeta flying backwards.

The attack came too fast for Escar to dodge it so with his arms in front of his face, he grunted and took the attack head on. Once the dust cleared, Escar lowered his arms and smirked showing that he was tough enough to endure the attack and charged towards Vegeta once more.

Escar didn't mind this as the two of them locked collided with one another and got into a strike clash exchanging punches, kicks, knees, and anything else they could use as a weapon to try and get the upper hand. While Escar did want to get Vegeta's respect, he also did thrive to do much more and see how far he could push the Universe 7 Saiyan.

Now I'll show you the true power of the Prince of Saiyans!"Vegeta proclaimed as he forced Escar away with his energy and began channelling it and just like with Goku, he went Super Saiyan Blue.

Escar managed to catch himself after being launched backwards by Vegeta's energy and then he watches him transform to Super Saiyan Blue. "Impressive form..." Escar couldn't help but compliment the power that Vegeta was showing, however that wasn't going to intimidate him. With his hand out, he then fires a volley of ki blasts towards Vegeta to see how he would respond.

Vegeta floated there and crossed his arms as he let the barrage of blasts hit him directly. Once the smoke cleared, Vegeta looked unharmed.

Escar wasn't that surprised to see that his ki blasts had little effect on Vegeta, proof that this form wasn't just for show. He then gets into a defensive stance awaiting for Vegeta's next attack to try and either block or counter it.
