For the Clone Wars I think Ahsoka Tano has earned a few trips over multiple masters laps over the series, Obi Wan, Anakin, Yoda, Aayla Secura, and even Padme though she is just a senator. For the Old Republic Bastilla could always use a good spanking, the Exile as well if you read the Revan novel, I can't think of a good spanker for her, but perhaps Kreia.
