This must have been the worst Rhei suffered, or at least a nasty first impression the Day of the Dead. His Keyblade was placed back into hammer-space as he didn’t feel threatened anymore. But what intimidated him was the female skeleton who was passed off at him since the moment she grabbed his shoulder to accost him of his crime.
He stood still when she approached, his smile fading away from his face as he looked up at the very skeleton who a head taller than him. She didn’t too happy by his reckless actions, so he had to learn how to play his cards right if he wanted her to calm down.
He took one step back and raised both hands. “Kay, okay! What about we compromise? You two can go and see your famillyah-ugh, family, and I can come along? Or... I can go alone, ‘cos I’m kinda too old to be babysat... just tell me what to do and I’ll be on my way... and I won’t get into trouble. I learned my lesson from that grave incident...” he said with a twinge of guilt as he rubbed the back of his head.

Imelda and Héctor exchanged looks, and the skeleton musician shook his head,"I'm afraid you staying with us is out of the question. We need to get you a blessing before sun rise."
Imelda nodded along with her husband and when he finishes she continued from there,"My grandson had similar circumstances happen to him..If we don't get you that family blessing before sunrise you'll become like one of us." She explained, and then frowned,"NO! We are NOT going alone you idiota! You'll get lost..." She then took his wrist, and dragged him toward the marigold bridge.

Rhei looked down at his hands and particular glow, the same as the skeletons before him, before looking back. “I become... one of you... y’mean my skin and flesh will-eww! Revolting!” He cringed, now desperate to find his own relative.
Her loud refusal made him flinch, showing that he was totally intimidated by her stern side. Even his offer didn’t help. He was old enough to explore on his own! Sora was his age when he embarked on a new adventure!
“Ack! Okay, Grandma! I’m coming!” Rhei exclaimed once he was forced to go with her. Jeez! She’s one bone-babe you don’t want to mess with! He looked forward to see... a golden bridge constructed of leaves. Was this the trail of leaves that lead towards their house? “Whoooaaa...” he awed at the sight of it.

Imelda had annoyance written all over her face when Rhei rudely stated he didn't want to be like them. Even the easy going Héctor found offense. Narrowing his eyes at the boy.
"Hey I am muy guapo think you very much. Gordito. " Héctor said, giving a cheeky grin the boys way, and winced when the kid called Imelda grandma. This kid was seriously pushing his luck. He was surprised Imelda had been this patient so far.
"You don't address me as Grandma. I am not your grandma, and I know you weren't saying it to be sweet. You will address me as Imelda or Mrs. Rivera." Imelda said firmly as she pulled him along, "Anything other then that and you'll find trouble for yourself young man."

“Sorry? English, please?” He didn’t understand the language really. Rhei just don’t like being treated like a kid, which was ironic considering his age. He followed alongside the skeleton woman, while in front of the male one. He was side-tracked by the bridge of leaves while crossing... and when he saw the skeletons who looked at him as another human has appeared in their land again. They also wondered if he was a friend of Miguel’s.
Rhei heaved up his hood and looked at her bony fingers around his wrist, cringing as this is a dead person touching him... “Okay, uhm... Imelda? I think I can walk on my...” Before she could even shut him up, the sights of an incredibly-bright city brought more of an amazed reaction than the sight of the leaf-constructed bridge.

"Muy guapo means handsome and gordito means chubby..though that's a joke because as a living kid you are bigger around then us, still having skin and what not." Héctor explained, and walked with them over the bridge.
"I don't trust you to walk alone, not after you were a idiota and ran off. Honestly I don't see why your refusing our help so much, we are my going to hurt you like you seem to be thinking." Imelda explained, as she lead him over the bridge, letting him marvel at all the sights surrounding them.

Rhei looked down at his trim stomach and back at the skeleton, wondering if he actually insulted him or was stating a fact as he didn’t have any skin on him. Since he was being helped by these skeletons, he decided to trust them and not think they were dragging him to a hellish underworld or anything like that. They seemed... well, friendly-ish, mostly the male one. The female one didn’t tolerate shit whatsoever.
The lights made the very city look supreme and dazzling, where nothing else could top it. Honestly it was like back there but ten times bigger and greater!
“I’m for my sense of adventures, Ih-Imelda... and ugh... who are you?” He asked the lanky male.

Hector of course meant it as a fact. Rhei might of been slim, but he was still chubby, compared to a skeleton anyway. He looked over at the boy when he asked who he was,"Names Héctor kid." He said, tipping his straw hat to him,"And you are?"
Imelda looked over, almost curious to know his name. After all they'd told him theirs, and they knew nothing about him except he was foreign.

“Hmm? Rhei. Rhei Fukui.” He said with a nod as he walked alongside the skeletons, trying to ignore her hold on his wrist. “Uhh, Ector, or Hector... Imelda... hi. I would say it’s nice to meet you, but we all had a not-so-great way of doing that...
So,... where are you really taking me? I doubt we’re going to find my relative by just walking around.”

Héctor smiled,"It's said Ector around here, but if it's said a certain way where you are from that's fine too." He said. The skeleton of a man didn't comment on all of the boys comments and questions. Instead he let Imelda deal with that since she was more stern.
"No, it wasn't the best of meetings but I don't think it was so unpleasant you'd refuse to be polite and if you must know Rhei we are taking you to an office nearby who'll have someone who can help track your family since none of us have any idea on where they might be in this place."
