Elder Scrolls Group RP (Or one-on-one)

Hiya!

This is Cheeki with another Group RP planned. This one is packed with adventure and mystery and takes place in the Elder Scrolls Universe. More specifically, it occurs during the Skyrim game. I already have a lot of it planned out (as far as main plot subplot goes) and am looking for people who will simply enjoy being along for the ride and exploring Tamriel.

For those of you that are interested, I'll go further into depths here.

There plot is basic. When the Dragonborn uses the Elder Scroll to learn Dragonrend, she accidentally creates a rift in space and time, sucking in several people from another world, our world. After summoning them, the Dragonborn feels obliged too help them find a way home, but with her own duties getting in the way (Alduin, Vampires, "The Real Dragonborn", etc.), it might be a while before she can get to it.

In total, she summons eight people.


This makes a total of nine characters.

Note: Depending on the number of roleplayers, the number of character may increase or decrease.

I am two characters. The F!Dragonborn and one of the people sucked in. Others in the group RP can take up to two of the transported people. They can be any age and have any level of knowledge of Tamriel that you wish.

After being summoned, each person discovers that an item they had with them has gained some special power.

As an example. My character, Riley, discovers that his journal acts as a Clairvoyance spell. For those of you who don't know how that spell functions, its basic function is that it tells you what to do and where to go to accomplish your goals. It has limits, though, and can get confused.

The item's power should not break any rules of the Tamriel universe.

For example, let's pretend that your character's item is a guitar. It should notbe able to use sound waves. In Tamriel, there are no spells or attacks that manipulate sound (or any rumors of them). But, maybe your guitar can act as a Calm, Fear, or Fury spell, all of which affect an opponent's approach to a fight. That would be valid.

Can you tell be a bit about yourself and how you would want to approach this RP?

Sounds fun. Interesting you mentioned weaponized sound waves, as that's kind of how I always pictured the FusRoDah shout going down, but it makes sense not to be a spell effect.

So the female Dragonborn would be the spanker?

Possibly. My original plan is for her to just be a guide. Which means the pairings would be in the groupgroup.

Thinking my character will be Aimee Carter, a 14 year old from California. Her items is a pen-light (one of those mini-maglights that goes on a keychain) that has the ability to generate a Candlelight or Magelight spell.

guardianjohran: I can see your point. It is, however, not common since that effect has only been seen with the Dragonborn, the greatest dragon slayer.

Madcat: She sounds interesting and that's a very creative item. My friends all say really boring things (my phone, my favorite book, etc.). :")
