It seems like your normal everyday morning at Garreg Mach Monastery, students are running around and chatting during what will be most of their free times for that day while teachers were grading reports or getting ready for class. All except Byleth, one of the newer professors here that came in through her father, who pops by almost all the time to check on her.

Today, the young professor has a goal in mind. The Black Eagle house is becoming a mess and it’s all the fault of the house leader, Edelgard. With her jacket cape flowing in the wind and a bag of mystery in her hand, she was hunting down the white haired girl and now walking towards her room after checking her usual spots

Edelgard Von Hresvelg, imperial princess of the Adrestian Empire, was lying in her bed, in her room. She was looking at the ceiling, remembering her past. She had the left arm abandoned out of the bed, and the right one folded over her forehead.
She found herself daydreaming more often, lately. As a consequence, she was losing control of the Black Eagle House. She was neglecting her main duties as an House Leader, and in that moment she couldn't care the less. Visions of a great war engulfed her mind, as she stood there, passive.

Byleth stomped her way towards the room of Edelgard, passing multiple students along the way who began whispering and gossiping about what Byleth had planned for the future queen, none of the rumored things were good for the white haired axe user. After arriving at the door, Byleth knocked politely in case Edelgard was changing or something. She had a key that opens everyone’s door but refrained from using it unless it was absolutely necessary. “Edelgard, do you have a moment?”

In hearing Byleth voice, Edelgard let out a loud sigh.
Without moving from the bed, she simply replied "Hi, professor. I'm sorry, but I'm in the middle of something and I'm really busy. Can we talk another time?"
She was really not in the mood to listen to a tirade.

“I’m afraid this can not wait.... I’m coming in.” Byleth warned, pulling out a key from her pocket and played with the lock for a second. After a moment, the door was soon pushed open and Byleth let herself in while closing and locking the door behind her. She set down her bag and approached the girl. “I figured you would by sloth like today, that’s exactly why I’m here.” She said, shaking her head. “Stand up.”

Sighing, Edelgard went down from the bed and stood up in front of the teacher, with a bored expression.
"Here." she said "I have to work harder, keep an eye on my house, blah, blah, blah. I already know all of this. I made you save some breath. Can you go now?"
She was quite annoyed by the fact that Byleth went in anyway, but she couldn't kick her out. The least she could do was to shorten the scolding that was coming.

“I’m afraid I can’t do that.” Byleth said simply, shaking her head at Edelgard’s new found attitude. “You see to be very spoiled and think nothing bad can happen to you while you’re at this school because of your name. It’s my job to teach you a little lesson. A lesson I learned a long time ago about humility.” She said while sitting on Edelgard’s bed. “You see, a few years ago. I was fighting a battle and a sword cut through all of my clothes and left me completely naked. The feeling of shame and embarrassment while I had to fight my way back to camp made me a better leader and person.” She said while pulling Edegard over her knee. “I won’t make you walk around naked but I do have a way to make sure you learn through embarrassment.” With that, the first smack fell on Edelgard’s left cheek

The heir of the Von Hresvelg line let out a small yell as her behind was slapped. She wasn't expecting that for sure. It was true that the academy allowed corporal punishment, but she didn't think that someone would have really done that to her. And above all... she didn't associate corporal punishment with spankings.
"Ouch! Stop!" she exclaimed "I'm not a child, professor!"

“Then why must you behave like one?” Byleth asked, smacking the other cheek before alternating between the two. “This punishment is not just former children, I find this is very effective in teaching adults a firm lesson as well.” She said with a blush. Even though she’s a professor, her father STILL puts her over his knee and punishes her when she deserves it. It’s embarrassing but it helps her learn.

Edelgard was shaking her legs in a desperate attempt to break free, and moved her right hand to shield her behind from the smacks.
"Stop this! You cannot treat a princess this way!" she exclaimed. She really wanted to add some threat, but she knew that her father ifluence was soo weak that she couldn't have used him that way.
