A few Fandom Ideas
Make-Believe Matron (Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends)
A new friend is introduced to the manor, and she immediately latches on to one of primary caretakers: Frankie Foster. Due to her nature, she is constantly giving Frankie gentle reminders on manners such as etiquette and her chores, and it annoys Frankie to the point that she bursts! Unfortunately, lashing out and throwing a tantrum in front of an imaginary friend made in the image of a mommy isn't the smartest idea, and the nature of the two's relationship changes drastically. I'm open to editing this idea a little, but the theme of Frankie getting it from a new Imaginary Friend is gonna stick.

The Multiverse Witch Association (Various Fandoms)
Every so often, witches and female magic users from across multiple universes and timelines connect at a central interdimensional point in order to bond in such ways as exchanging notes, friendly sparring, and telling stories. That being said, a meeting has never gone by without at least one spanking incident. Once it was Meeting Enforcer Maka Albarn (Soul Eater) taking Rukia (Bleach) across her knee for spilling juice over a table full of notes. The time before, Junior Member Atsuko Kagari (Little With Academia) beat Bayonetta's ass how she was behaving while intoxicated. As far as the MWA is concerned, just as no magic is too dark, no ass is safe.

Tears of the Kunoichi (Naruto Shippuden)
Many of the female ninja in the Hidden Leaf village suffer from a lack of motivation and training that would make Shikamaru shake his head, and it's time something be done about that. After Lady Tsunade drunkenly signed a new law regulating the spanking of kunoichi across the village, the entire landscape shifts. | Honestly, this idea came out of nowhere while I was writing. I just wanted to do a Naruto roleplay and wasn't sure how to get the interest peaked. If you like this idea, great! If you don't, but you like Naruto RPs, also great!

Sore Losers (Various Fighting Games)
This one is far more open ended than the rest, and is equally straight forward. Instead of a simple victory pose and catchphrase after the defeat of an opponent, the victor gets to bare the loser's ass and beat it to their hearts content. Not much more to say on the matter frankly, but don't take my lack of words for a lack in enthusiasm! I love fighting games as a whole, and see this as a perfect opportunity to combine it with something else I enjoy very much: spankings!

During their attempts to blend in with humans, many of the shinigami have taken up positions as students in a local high school. Unfortunately, despite being thousands of years old and able to slice buildings in half, the likes of Rangiku, Yoruichi, Rukia, and others are forced to face old school discipline in order to not break their disguises.
