H turned his head away for a moment, but then looks at him once more. Standing up on his feet and held out his hands. Which had the bandages loosely wrapped around his left one. For that was the first one he was trying to patch up. Hunter felt like he was admitting defeat, but what can he do?

"Thank you." He cooed softly amazed with how readily Hunter had listened. Adrian said gently and carefully set the loos wrapping aside. He picked up a cotton ball and sprayed it with antiseptic before gently dabbing at the wounds which stung just a bit. Next Adrian picked up the gauze bandaged and wrapped his hands neatly one at a time. "Would you prefer spaghetti, lasagna, or chicken for supper this evening?" Adrian asked gently. Apparently what ever plans he had were canceled. "Hunter I'd like for you to stay in the house it'll be sun set in an hour or so. " Adrian added in gently.

He kept his eyes down as Adrian was tasking care of his busted up hands. Letting out a hiss of pain when he applied the antiseptic. He tense up and clenched his teeth. Trying to look like it wasn't bothering him at all. While he was wrapping his hand, he was asked what he would like for dinner. Taking a moment to think about it. "Chicken doesn't sound all that bad." he tells him. Then was asked to stay indoors for the sun was setting soon. "Why? I've been on the city streets at night. There's nothing out that can hurt me."

"Because I would prefer if you did- It'd make me feel better knowing your in doors." Adrian offered gently as he finished the bandages. "Chicken and Yellow rice with some cheese and broccoli on the side it is then." Adrian offered. "Matthew won't be staying too much longer but I do need to speak with him for a while... So you can.... read a book if you like or watch TV or play games- I think Jesse has a system set up in the living room that you are more than welcomed to use. " Adrian offered trying to suggest things for Hunter to do so the boy wouldn't be so board in doors. "Oh Hunter I've been meaning to ask you- Do you like Karate?" He asked gently as he stepped out of the rest room gesturing fr Hunter to follow out.

Once that was over. He looks at his work and moved his fingers a bit. He'll just need this for a few days and then he can take then off. Listening to him tell him what was on the menu tonight for dinner. "Yeah, the sounds good I guess." he tells him in a non-caring manner. Then goes on to say that his friend Matthew won't be here for much longer. So until he can do something like reading, which was to geeky for him. Watching TV was okay, but hearing that there was a game console in the house. He lit up a bit. "If you have any good games then I might do that." he said with a small smile on his face.

Shortly after another question had pop out. Being asked if he liked Karate. Which made him a bit curious about that. "Well, I am more street style, but any form of fighting I'll try. Why?" he asked curiously. "I would think you would be against me fighting other people."

"I am." Adrian said gently. And patted Hunter's head with a smirk as he turned on his heel and headed down stairs. "I was just curious." he called in a light hearted tone. Adrian certainly was not telling Hunter something and he semed almost smug or cheery about it.

He lightly blushed as he was patted on the head then he pouts. Going up the stairs to the living room to play with the game console. As he reached the top of the stairs he calls out to Adrian. "You'll just afraid that I'll become stronger then you and kick your ass!" he said in a cocky tone. Before he went off to play some video games. If they had a good one. Taking a look at the collection to see.

Indeed there was quite a collection of games- mainly aimed for what young teenaged boys thought was cool- after all Jesse like what most others his age did. Racing, fighting, and story driven games were tucked away neatly under the TV cabinet. Hunter would certainly be able to find something in there to toy with.

Of course being the fighter that he is, he chooses a fighter style game. He picks out Street fighter and pops it in. While the adults talked down stairs he was playing the game on hard mode. Because to him, that's the level that it's most enjoyable. Picking his favorite character, Sagat and plays.
