Given how close DnD and Role Reversal are, I don't see why we can't call it a tie and go with both. At the time of posting DnD is at 111 and Role Reversal is at 114. That's only a three point difference.

This seems like the ideal solution if the role reversal repetition controversy is taken into account. Clearly there's demand for it so ignoring it winning feels wrong but also it'd be fun to meld the two. Fantasy?? Plus role reversal?? Sounds ideal.

I think all the arguments have been exchanged. Some people think role reversal is boring because it's been a topic before and it is relatively specific, others say it doesn't matter, it won. Some people think the topics weren't explained properly or weren't named correctly, some people think Dnd is a silly topic because they don't know it. Whatever we choose now, some people will be happy and others won't. Even if we make a new poll now, that won't change and would be more confusing than useful in my opinion.

Before we go on discussing and don't come to a decision, I think Ffdss should decide, based on the poll and opinions in the forum of course. He went to all the trouble of setting up the game jam and creating the two threads.

At this point I don't want to do anything. I tried to do something for everyone and all I've gotten is everyone telling me how shit of a job I did. If someone wants to continue then I don't care, but i don't want to set it up anymore.

I, for one, encourage you to still go through with announcing whatever you think is the best choice here. I was one of the people who does not like role reversal, but I'm happy if at least some people are happy. You'll never please everyone. Don't worry about it. I don't resent you for giving other people what they enjoy. You did good if you made even one person happy!

You didn't fuck anything up, people just didn't understand some of the topics, you did good. I've seen some of the criticism, but none related to you, mainly about role reversal, I was one who didn't like the topic but when someone explained to me I started to see the appeal. Also, people may not like it, but it was the most voted nonetheless, so it's only fair and should be a game with it and I look foward to it. Anyway, don't put yourself down, you were great, be proud.
