Game was great! Loved the role reversal and embarrassment aspects!
And the little references to other spanking games was a nice touch.
Keep it up I'd love to see this game get some more updates.

Well as a feedback i should say that from the 3 presented to the 2025 game jam is me one i like most is very fun with the implements and the diaper - ABDL I personally think this game has a lot of potential and should be continued.
I think It will be very funny to keep our protagonist like this for a day and do like a "normal little one" day for him.
Possible funny things can be:
Wets bed spanking
Refuses childish clothes spank
Makes a fuss while he is being feed spank
Other funny diapers humiliation scenes with the others
Finish the day with with a bath if goes bratty spank although a "naughty" bath-time scene can be added.
And early bedtime+ maintenance spanking.

Congratulations a game with lots of potential!

This game is awesome! I would love to see it further developed, preferably with more sexual content such as strap-on usage, oral sex, or other forms of penetrative sex. The rolling system is slapped on, but could be made to work, if tied to stats. I recommend only expanding on that after you get the base down, if at all, but I can see it working VERY well in the context of a prequel or a future adventure where combat, spells, and skill checks would be far more applicable. Mina seems to be the "go to" for whenever someone makes a fantasy game on this site and needs a demonic boss to fight. So, provided you ask, that could be your material to work with in the if you ever want to cover periods where the cast are actually adventurering.

This game is great! I'm interested making animations exactly like the ones in the game. How did you do it? What software did you use for the animations and character creations? If anyone else knows as well, that would be great too!

It was quite an odyssey to find a way to get the animations working, at first I tried with plugins, using gifs or movies, but none of it worked. I ended up using images and waiting a few frames in between them to do the animations. If you go to the game pictures folder you can see all the frames I used.
Also, feel free to use any of the assets I made!

For what it’s worth, the “unfairness” people have commented on totally works for the story. Plus, it’s more karmic than unfair. IMO it’s just a well built up, satisfying twist. I also think it’s okay that you’re locked into the ‘bad’ ending: A. Because it’s clearly the plot hook for any continuation and B. I think choice is a teeny bit overrated in a kink themed RPG. Like, choice is good and fun but it’s totally fine to do games that are primarily just telling the particular story the designer wants.

I hope I can see the full release.And about the content,I hope it can have a more edition to be more warm and sweet,I mean that the final can be a real punishment rather than torment,and maybe it can be a choice from the front and I hope the protagonist can be loved and treated like a mistaken naughty brat boy/girl, this kind of switch can be more lovely
