Nakuma couldn't help but start giggling as her friend ranted, unaware how serious she was actually being. "Don't be a w-wimp," she giggled. Phantom train? That was funny until her tone changed and Nakuma's face straightened up a bit, but she fell back into the laughter. "Reeeeally? Reeeeeeeally really?" She couldn't stop giggling at Daisy. "Daisy's scared of the forrrrest, Daisy's scared of the foreeeest~" She didn't mean to sound mean, but it was funny. She hadn't heard of any reports of people going missing. There was one place in Sinnoh that had an area like that, but she figured it was best to keep her mouth shut about it if she didn't want to hear the rant again. Her eyes darted to around the slightly scorched land from the battle, then she grabbed Daisy's wrist and began to drag her. "We're gonna sleep in the forest."

Daisy took a deep breath and slowly she released it, it seemed she had no other choice in the matter, she could not run away and hide under her warm collection of bed sheets and covers, nor could she hope for the warm mattress and covers of a Pokemon center. And she was so hopping to taste some of the legendary hot chocolate that the nurse joys where famous, and she was really looking forward to taking a nice steaming hot bath as well, the girly girl would have to settle for the countless creeks and brooks that cut through the vast and deep forest.
“I have a bad felling about this,” She whimpered as she dragged along the dirt trails, a few minutes passed before they came to a clearing in the woodland, the clearing was the halfway in the forest. The area was picture perfect campsite, “I think we’ve found are place…” Said Daisy sweat dropping a bit. Hey at least it was in a clearing.

Yet Nakuma had been prepared to give all of that up for her journey. She wanted Daisy to realize she couldn't always make it to a center, that sometimes they would have to sleep outside where it was cold, even if they didn't want to. The forest wasn't so bad though, there was a clear trail though you could get lost if you were acting stupid or went slowly, or even strayed off the path. The trees were very tall, very lush, and in all forms. Some were oak, others pine, but right now was the season for the trees to all be full of life, just like the two girls wandering through its depths, trying to escape the accursed forest and make it to the next, short route before Pewter city.
"You shouldn't have any bad feelings, Daisy. I won't let any "ghosts"," she giggled, "haunt.. hurt you." She poked her friend's sides as soon as they stopped. They had been walking for a while. "You want this as your campsite hm? Okay~ And uh, sorry for all the teasing."

Daisy turned around once she had locked eyes with Nakuma she stuck her tongue out, she then reached up and pulled down her eyelid in a very silly facial expression. She held that pose for a few minutes before she eased her eyes back into place and withdrew her tongue back into mouth. “You should know me better than that by now Nakuma-chan.” She said reaching down and easing her backpack down upon the ground. Once her backpack was down upon the ground she walked into the center of the clearing. Yes this could work quite nice, very nice indeed. Dark rain clouds still hung above there heads threaten to release a torrent of rain upon there heads. “Okay one of us needs to gather firewood and such while the other fetches Water.” And with that Daisy started walked toward a sloping area. The soft sound of rushing filled the air. But there seemed something was off, for toward the direct center of the field there was a old stone pit, the stones formed a circle. The remains of burned pieces of wood could be found within the circle. And if Naukuma looked to her right she would find a old childs play doll. The once peachy colored plastic had turned to a ghostly white, its once chubby face seemed to be broken and chipped. Its one glass eyes seemed to be peered up at the circle of stones. Discarded trash, or a link to the stories of missing children Daisy had been going on about all afternoon.

"Well Lithium, it seems like it's going to rain soon, so let's get you a last bit of exercise, sweetie~" As she said it she threw up the pokeball, and a familiar beam of red light appear and released the items contents, being her pokemon. She bent over and pet his head, suddenly realizing she was glad no one was right behind her. She stood straight again then walked off curiously towards her left. She assumed she would be finding water, or perhaps firewood, so to play it safe she was going with both. Except. . . Growlithe began to bark as soon as she began to walk. She turned around and looked at him. "Is something wrong?" she asked, getting down on her knees and petting him to see if it would calm the puppy down, which it most certainly did not. His barking continued and she decided to finally look over towards the direction of his discomfort. The darkening sky made it a bit difficult to really make anything out in detail but she had a grasp of what was there. A white object, slightly large, definitely not common to see inside of a forest. She decided to slowly stand up and walk towards it, her mind suddenly cluttered with all of the stories Daisy had been going on and on about the entire afternoon. She bit her lip- kneeling on the ground as Lithium treaded quietly towards her. She felt like she was hearing some very scary music being played as she started to shake quietly when she picked it up, not exactly certain why she was even afraid.
"It's just a doll," she told herself, examining it, but suddenly she felt compelled to move towards the stones that had been seen. She was curious now and brought the doll with her. "D-Daisy!" she called, still not stopping, but was definitely getting nervous. She wanted her friend to come shake her out of the fear that Daisy had stuck into her.

Daisy was kneeling down by a swift moving brook when she heard her friends voice calling out for her, quickly placed her canteen down as she started up the slopes of the stone embankment. Little could she have known that she was passing by a collection of broken pokeballs, the Pokemon holding items where just mere inchs from her hand, going by there appearance they must have been pretty old, for on top of some there was a little lock that required the turning of a key to open. It seems they had been broken on purpose. Quickly though Daisy found founder herself peering into the eyes of her friend, she looked quite out of breath and if she had eyes in the back of her head she would have noticed a pair of almond shape eyes glowing bright as hell fire peering toward her and her friend. The eyes kept peering at them for a good long thirty seconds before they vanished into thin air. “Something the matter? You look like you’ve just seen a ghost?” She really did looked puzzled by the sudden call and to make matters worst the rain was starting to increase, it seemed the two better start construction on a lean tool or something.

When the rain picked up Lithium was then instantly returned to his pokeball. Nakuma hugged Daisy tightly and whimpered. "Your stories are scaring me! This stupid doll sounds like one from your l-legends!" she whispered quietly, handing it over to her. "They won't get out of my mind!" Honestly she felt like she was overreacting a bit but only because her friend had erased the fear from her mind slightly just by gracing Nakuma with her presense. "...Why do you think I found this doll anyway?" she asked, calming down, shaking her head a bit. "And.. we need to make a camp or we're going to get rained on and sick. . ." The unusual paleness of her skin due to her fear started to return to color.

Daisy nodded her head softy as she looked around her, she did by the grace of god have something to help them, and so without giving it a second thought she eased her backpack down and reached inside, after a few minutes of fishing around she finally pulled out a large plastic sheet. “Its not the best in the word, but it will due,” She said pointing toward a club of trees, “We need to tied a piece of string around this metal rings here,” She said pointing toward one of the metal rings. “Then we need to bring it down at a slant, that will allow the water to run straight down with building up. Then where going to snuggle up inside the area created, and I mean snuggle.” And with that being said, she quickly started to get to work. Thankfully the rain was only a light dizzle compared to what was to come, the girls still had plenty of time to collect wood, and start a small fire, but first and foremost shelter came first. “And I’m sorry about the legends, Tonight I’ll tell you a more fitting story, something to do with a princess I do believe.”

Nakuma giggled. "Alright, a princess story, it's a deal." She looked directly into her friend's eyes for a moment, then down and away. She didn't admit it but she liked the fact that they would have to snuggle if they were going to fit. "I do have some string," she said, reaching into her pack and pulling out a very, very thin rope, usually used for emergencies. She also had a rope-bracelet that was often used for stretching out as a long, strong rope, but she never wore it. "Let's just hurry and get it set up, because I hate being rained on. And then we need to run and grab firewood fifrst or it will all be soaked and we can't use it anymore," she explained.

It seemed it took them forever and a day to string there shelter up, but soon the shelter was finished and a small space of free land had been open up for them. Quickly Daisy tossed her items into the offered spaced before she reached up and removed her jacket from her shoulders, the jacked was quickly draped over her friends shoulder, “There this should keep you warm, now get in and start spreading are sleeping bags around, I’m going to fetch some firewood and my canteen. Only thing I need you to do now is to get dinner ready, looks like its going to a long night.” And for the first time in a long while Daisy seemed both concern and sterner. If Nakuma ever earned a spanking from Daisy it would surely be this side she faces and not her quite more timed side. The rain kept falling and falling, making a loud pop, pop, pop sound as it landed upon the plastic sheet.
