"Okay then," Kassi replied as she put the car in reverse, backed out of her spot, and then drove to the nearest Friendly's.

"Can you teach me how to drive stick, Kassi?" Pat asked.

"Sure," Kassi replied as she parked the car in a spot near the back, "When you get the hang of driving stick, I'll let you drive my car on the occasion."

"Cool," Pat stated as Kassi engaged the emergency brake and turned off the engine.

Kassi unlocked the doors and opened her door to get out.

Akbar got out before her and hlped her and Pat out.

"Thanks Akbar," Kassi and Pat stated when he helped them out of the car.

Kassi locked up her car once all of the doors were closed. Kassi and Pat walked to the doors of the Friendly's.

She told the hostess a table for 3, non-smoking. The hostess led them to a table and placed the menus on the table. Pat and Kassi sat down.
