Ah! Megami-Sama (Oh My Goddess) has three goddesses, based on the Nordic Trio of Verdandi, Urd and Skuld. It's part of the "Magical Girlfriend" genre.
Verdandi (the mother/woman) in this case is just "the perfect girlfriend" in normal anime style.
Urd (the crone) is the older sister and is kind of a gyaru, loves her some sake and partying, and quite the attitude. She even messes with the couple just for fun. I think (literally) twenty years ago I read a fic where she had to volunteer for a spanking because of her deeds. Weirdly, it was from one of the characters from Agent A-ko.
Skuld (the daughter/child) is the younger sister, and she's a brat. She's also a genius inventor and so she's a precocious brat. She's probably the one you'd think is most spankable, although I feel Urd is more deserving, but she doesn't have that "spoiled child" personality you're after.
Neither one is as outright infuriating as Aqua though, she's one of a kind.
