Natalie showed no mercy as her hand rained down again and again on her daughter's poor bottom. The mother was feeling extremely guilty for doing this, but she could not let Samantha get away with something so appalling.

The little girl finally started to fall limp, wrapped in her mommy's iron arm - if anyone tried to hurt her little girl, they'd clearly have to be terrified of Natalie's patented vice grip hold. That said, risks and dangers aside, she was Samantha's mother and discipline was what she was good at.

"Mo-Mommy, please... I'm *hic* so-rr-rryyyyyy... *sob* *hic*"

The little girl was not outright bawling, but she was clearly very upset and hurting... this was probably the closest thing that Mommy ever got to being angry with her during a spanking, when some kind of offense she did earned immediate punishment. Oh she no doubt still loved the girl and cared, but the spur of the moment spankings tended to be a little more... vigorous.

Natalie gave her a final smack, pulled her jeans carefully pack up and set the girl down on her feet.

She bent down to the sobbing girl's level and took Samantha's hands in her own, gently shushing the girl. "It's okay, baby, Mommy still loves you."

Samantha sobbed a little bit, actually a little angry that she had gotten another punishment, but she didn't want to push things by showing it or pushing her mother away.

"I-I know it was bad! Ariana s-spanked me for that more than the stealing! *sniff* *hic*" She took one hand and used it to rub her bottom. "Th-that really hurt..."

The girl was a bit cranky more than anything, and it was showing from her slight attitude. She even shot a bit of a nasty look over at Ariana for her not stepping in or really even reacting in any way.

It was pretty uncommon Samantha to get this way, but it did happen from time to time.

Ariana shot an apologetic look at Samantha but she didn't feel it was her place to do anything.

Natalie sighed and brought her little girl into a hug. "Come on, sweetie, enough with the attitude. It's your first day as a Pokemon Trainer."

Samantha settled down a bit after she got pulled into the hug... Natalie knew the little girl better than anyone else and could calm her down and fix her mood as needed... The child was still visibly cranky and pouty, but she hugged her mommy back.

"I won't do it again, I promise..." she sniffed, stewing in the back of her mind what other thing she was going to stupidly remember and get spanked for today. But that was just the child's mind being mean to her little heart, and she probably was overthinking things.

She tried to be a good girl, even when she did stupid things that made her Mommy upset and got punished for it. And it wouldn't surprise her if this was the first in a long line of impromptu lessons about behavior and not taking risks and all other sorts of things that her Mommy had lectured or spanked her about in the past. The difference, of course, was that this was the big wide world, and these lectures would be a lot more significant in keeping her safe - but for now the girl just felt like a naughty, well spanked child and was in a foul mood, but for her mommy's sake and the sake of her day she would do her best to cheer up.

Natalie pulled back and kissed Samantha's tears. "No more crying, darling, yeah?"

"I-I'm really s-sorry, Samantha," Ariana remarked, wringing her hands together. "I-I didn't mean to get you into trouble." She was terribly afraid that Samantha wouldn't want to be her friend any more.

Samantha rubbed her eyes after Natalie kissed her tears away, and turned. She didn't meant to get mad at Ariana, she just was in a crummy mood and was trying to take it out on others - and she new it.

"No... it's not your fault. I'm sorry I got mad Ariana... I was a bad girl and I deserved that spanking..."

She still was a little pouty, but she went up to the trainer and gave her a hug of forgiveness.

"You're not a bad girl," Ariana said as she hugged Samantha back. "I know I don't really know you but I know you're not a bad girl."

Samantha hugged, and a little tear leftover from her punishment ran down her face as the sweet words touched her little heart.

"Thank you Ariana... I love you... I'm gonna be the bestest trainer in the world and make you and Mommy proud of me..."

Ariana had become a practical member of the family to her, and she wanted to make sure she knew she was loved by the child as such.
