James noticed the aggression in the young man's tone when the Agent had mentioned that he was relieved he was quiet for the time being. He hadn't meant it for offense, just he would rather hear silence than insults coming from the lad. At that point, James lead the young man into his house and then showed him up to his room. "I'm just giving you the basic rules Deimos, don't take it personally." he pointed out but figured he would anyway so he let it drop. He walked the kid into his room and thought Deimos would be quite happy living there, hopefully.

When told he could go James rose a brow, "Well that was rude." he answered before then shaking his head and turning out the room. "I'll be downstairs if you need anything. And don't try any escape attempts, I have your anklet monitored." he explained, knowing it was tamper proof and unable to be removed. The dark haired agent then walked downstairs and into the living room where he fixed himself and Deimos some lunch.

Deimos was a little touchy, as were most teenagers his age, so he just wasn't reacting well to what his new handler was saying and of course took things personally even though he probably shouldn't have. He frowned when James told him not to do so and he considered that one for a few seconds as he tried to figure out if James was being serious or not but in the end he didn't make up his mind before following the man up to the room that would be his for now. He told James he could leave, snorting when James pointed out that was rude and made a noncommittal 'Uh huh" sound when James told him that he'd be downstairs and the rest. He waited about five minutes before going to the door and locking it, then climbed out the window without making a sound and let himself fall down to the ground from the windowsill since it wasn't that big of a fall when he was hanging from his fingertips considering he was nearly six feet tall. As soon as his feet touched the ground he smirked, pleased with himself for managing it and then bolted, not intending on running away he just wanted to run. He kept it up for a good ten minutes before getting tired and slowing, and once he had he noticed that he was close by to a park where some other guys were playing basketball. He wasn't typically the type that played sports but he was bored and so he went up to them and decided to mess with them a little bit. He managed to manipulate them after a little while of talking to them and got them to start a fistfight, getting a smirk out of Deimos as he nonchalantly went over to their things and pocketed the nice blackberry one of them had and took the cash out of another's wallet just because he liked to steal things, he'd sort of developed a taste for it and after this long of not doing it he couldn't help himself. He turned back to look at the teenagers fighting as he slipped the cash into his back pocket, an amused smirk on his face as he watched his handiwork.

James of course, didn't trust the kid and while he was making dinner, he checked his phone to see if the anklet revealed that Deimos was still in his bedroom. He frowned seeing that the location was somewhere near a park and the man huffed. "Right, that kid's really done it this time." he said to himself, keeping an eye on the phone and he'd wait until Deimos returned. The kid must have escaped from his room so James put lunch in the microwave and then walked upstairs, trying the door and seeing it was locked. "That little...." he paused and unlocked it with the key he'd had made before then taking a seat in one of the chairs not visible by the window. Deimos would get a shock when he returned. James sat there, keeping an eye on the GPS tracker on his phone to make sure he knew where the young man was. How he was going to deal with him when he returned....James had only a vague idea that involved the little brat laid over his knee getting the spanking of his life, since he assumed no one had ever spanked the kid before. That would explain a lot.

Deimos couldn't care less if James was happy with him for leaving. He didn't think he should have to listen to what the man told him to do since he was emancipated and that meant he had the same rights as an adult so if an adult didn't have to follow some random guys rules then neither would he. He'd listen to the boss at work, but when they weren't at work he didn't see any reason to behave himself or be obedient. Which was obvious when he snuck out and went to the park, amusing himself by messing with some teenagers there and stealing their valuables before he got bored of that and went to walk around some more. As he was walking he passed a city bus stop with a bench that had an advertisement for a realtor painted on it and that caught his interests, the teen pulling out the blackberry phone he'd just stolen and used it to call the agent and make an appointment to see an apartment that he could rent. He had been given his personal effects back when they released him and that included his bank card. He didn't have any way to get to the apartment though so he told the woman that he would see it tomorrow morning, intending on 'borrowing' James car to do so and then decided to head back before the Agent noticed he was gone. Or that was his intention anyway but it didnt' work out that way. He returned to the house and climbed the tree that was outside his window, and it wasn't a far jump from the branch of the tree to his windowsill so he took the chance and managed to land, a little heavier than he'd intended and slipped back inside without noticing James since the man positioned himself beside the window so it was outside of Deimos's peripheral vision.

James continued to keep a sharp eye on the tracker on his phone and smirked to himself when he saw that he was headed for home. The man sat there until he finally saw the young man climb in through the window. Immediately James clamped a hand on his shoulder and kept a firm grip. "You must really want that spanking." he said and then turned him round to face him. His grip moved to his upper arm and his cocked a single brow. "What were you thinking?! You are not allowed to leave this property without me and I explained this to you. I've had it up to here with your disrespect, it's time you had your comeuppance." he growled and then sat down on the chair, quickly depositing the young man over his knee. "This time, you're getting your spanking, and take note, because this is going to be your most used method of punishment."

With that, he raised his hand and brought it down hard across the teen's backside. His hand was large and covered both cheeks, also part of the sensitive under curve, a spanking from that hand was sure to make anyone regret their ways. Deimos was quite proud of himself for the days work, as far as getting an apartment of his own so he could get away from James, but he knew he needed to return to the agents house just so the man wouldn't send the police after him if he noticed he was gone and thought he'd run. So he climbed the tree outside his room and climbed back inside, not noticing James until the mans heavy hand clamped down on his shoulder, making him jump with an exclamation of 'Shit!" He turned to see James standing there, looking quite annoyed as the man told him he must really want that spanking and that got a narrow eyed look out of the teen. "What the fuck is your problem?!" He demanded angrily, struggling as the man gripped his arm instead of his shoulder but he wasn't strong enough to get away. He had no choice but to listen as James asked what he was thinking and the rest, but before he got a chance to respond he found himself pulled over the mans lap and for a second he was filled with disbelief so he couldn't even react but that only lasted a second and then he started fighting hard to try and get back up. You have no right to do this to me, this is assault!" he protested, not yet aware of the fact that he legally was Jame's responsibility and that meant that he didn't have the same rights that he had when he was emancipated. He was pretty much James' ward which would make the man his legal guardian and totally allowed to do this. No one had told him that though so he fought and then he yelped when James smacked his ass, realizing just then that the guy had a big ass hand since Deimos was a big kid and James still managed to smack both his cheeks at once. It stung even through his jeans but it was tolerable so he stubbornly bit his lip for the next set of smacks and resisted making a sound and the tensed so he wouldn't squirm, determined to be stoic the whole time so that the bastard wouldn't get the satisfaction of knowing that he was hurting him.

"Kid, you're legally my responsibility, I've signed enough contracts and read enough fine print to know at least that." James said, raising his hand and delivering another open fingered smack, landing mainly on the left cheek, and then the right, repeating that about six times before he took down his jeans and landed a firm smack to the middle of his boxer-clad bottom. "That makes me your legal guardian because you're still under eighteen years of age. I can spank you if I deem it fit and so long as I don't bruise you, or break the skin, it's perfectly legal." he explained, continuing to firmly spank his boxer protected butt. He intended for this punishment to be painful. "You do not leave the premises without me and my permission do you hear me young man?" he lectured. Teddy was a little shocked to hear that James signed some contracts that made him his legal guardian, the teen too shocked by that one to really react at first though he was squirming slightly in response to the hard smacks that James was currently raining down on his ass, though after that first swat he did manage to keep from embarrassing himself and yelping in pain again though that likely wouldn't last very long. "They cant do that! I'm emancipated!" he protested, once again showing his ignorance of how this whole system worked and that the courts could take away his rights and they had, and would ahve had he been an actual adult too that was how this program worked. "Hey!" he protested when James took his jeans down, yelping again at the first hard smack against his boxer-clad backside, sort of surprised by how much more it hurt without his jeans and of course it was more embarrassing for him now too. He shook his head when James told him that he was his legal guardian and could spank him if he wanted to, not really arguing just shaking his head in disbelief because he was unhappy with it and didn't want to agree. He yelped again when James told him he didn't leave the premises and smacked the sensitive under-curve of his ass, the teen tensing hard to try and fight against the spanking even as his eyes went a little misty at that one and he stubbornly refused to answer the 'do you hear me' question. At that point he was determined that he wasn't going to give the bastard the satisfaction of knowing that he was hurting him so since his attempts to struggle away hadn't worked he just tensed hard and tried to fight from reacting, even though tensing made it hurt a bit more.

"You were emancipated Deimos." James corrected, punctuating that fact with a firm smack to his bottom which was only thin-linen protected. Not even that pretty soon. He knew the kid was going to be stubborn but that just mean a more difficult, embarrassing time for him. James delivered about ten more open fingered smacks to the young man's backside, smacking back and forth before he took hold on the waistband of Deimos' boxers. "Alright, your stubbornness has earned you this." he informed before pulling them down to group with his jeans currently at his knees. Now with a bare bottom across his lap, James raised his hand and landed the first smack, the skin turned a hot white before then fading into a dark pink sort of colour. "Now, what did you do to earn this spanking hm? What did you do wrong?" he asked, slapping the sensitive under curve firmly.

Deimos started grunting softly as James corrected him about his independent state, or lack thereof, as the mans big had continued to smack down on his barely protected butt. He was really starting to feel it at that point but there was also the emotional blow of finding out that those bastards had stripped him of his emancipation and made him Jame's legal ward, which was something he hadn't been expecting and wasn't at all happy about. He'd had his fill of 'dads' wanting to 'help' him while they were really just using him or keeping him around for the checks the government sent for fostering him. He of course naturally thought James would be the same, but with all the harm that had been done to him emotionally over the years he was still starved for a positive relationship and a positive male role model so if James was willing to give him a real shot and work with him this may just be a little hiccup on their path to having a good working relationship and perhaps more in time. That wasn't going to happen overnight though, and right now the teen decided he wanted to be stubborn. So he tensed hard to try and fight against the growing sting and that seemed to be working until James stopped and gripped the waistband of his boxers and then he flushed a bright red when he realized what James was about to do, throwing a hand back to try and stop it but he was too late.

"No! You can't! Let go of me!" he protested, struggling like mad again to try and get away from that big hand but he unfortunately was too small to get away. He yelped again at the first hard smack against his bare bottom, once again shocked by the increased sting and he bit his bottom lip as James asked his question, wanting to be stubborn but then the man started targeting the sensitive under curve of his butt. That got the first actual cry of pain out of the teen, a long, drawn out sound of distress that was almost a wail but Deimos would never admit to that. "I ca-ow! T-ah-lk whe-ah!-when you're-ow!" he started to protest but gave up as his yelps of pain kept breaking up what he was saying which was embarrassing and frustrating for the teen. He didn't really want to answer the question but he realized that this wasn't going to stop until he had so he sort of wanted to even if he also sort of hated James in that moment for forcing him to do something so embarrassing. His eyes were stinging at that point and the skin on his under-curve was starting to turn from pink to red under the constant swats that were being landed firmly to that area.
