The hard-boiled lifestyle has been around for quite the long time, popularized by the media through detective stories and the like. But in terms of the life I lead, it was all thanks to one man.

That man is Narumi Sokichi, he was my boss when I was young fledging detective, taking me under his wing. He taught me everything I know, he's hard-boiled to the core. I've never met anyone as hard-boiled as him besides myself. I'd also have to say I took the right step in the hard-boiled lifestyle after an event me and my partner call "Begins Night." Which was case where I lost my boss to a bullet, and gained my partner I have today. That event shaped me and gave me responsibility that I carry out to this day, making sure the people of the city of Fuuto are happy. For me, it means that live my life by the hard-boiled way, never letting things get to me, no matter how hard they get, that's the way a man with a mission should be!

Ooooh. So, what if a case required you to be soft, would you still be hard?

That's the thing about being hard-boiled, never judge it by the name entirely, you see, a man knows exactly what sort of emotions to give to the case, and I'm there in any way the client needs my help. So even if it was a case to help a girl get a lost kitten (Which I have had to do a few times), the way I do it is hard-boiled no matter what! Soft is never an issue, nor even in the equation~!

I like the color purple the most, especially if I can work the color black to mix and match too.
