House of Snakes (for Monk2024)

[Lita]

Each young snake winced at the severity in the wizard's voice and words, hunching their slim shoulders, their throats going dry.

They weren't the wisest of the Slytherins, it was true. Each had a lot of learning and growing up to do, though some of their trickery was to be blamed on outright, well-placed fear. Scarlett and Pansy scurried out of the dark room as soon as Snape's wand unlocked the broad wooden door, and with a flutter of their grey and green skirt hems, they were gone.

Then; it was just Draco Malfoy. The only child borne into his family in this generation, standing in the middle of the ebony-stoned floor. He had been staring longingly at the door after it closed, his heart still beating fast. As always, it seemed that the brattiest of the brats were the ones who feared punishment the most.

"Any last words to say in your defence and they better be the trust Draco?" Snape almost hissed, seating himself in the straightbacked armless chair in prominent position in front of his desk.

[Lita]

Draco blinked blankly at the potions master, wheels turning behind slicked back hair. A sudden, horrible chill began to stir in his belly, and the boy couldn't help but clutch a small hand over it. He'd overheard the other years talking... Talking about how unfair it was that... that Professor Snape would... if he was really mad...

His hands soon were covering his trouser-clad bum.

The young, pureblood wizard swallowed, blue eyes wide and glittering as his cheeks burned with both shame and dread.

He jumped at the chance to say something, "Sir, I-I... I'll be more careful next time! Please!" Malfoy promised, his voice getting higher, "Th-there won't even BE a next time--" the blond child stammered, stepping back so swiftly that he whacked against a large, mahogany cupboard, glass vials, bottles and glass keepers rattling inside like a stirred chandelier, "M-my father w-will b-be--!" he started, before deflating, knowing well that his father would be bloody cross with him for messing up in the Slytherin House anyway.

Snape yanked him way from the cupboard by his collar, using his other hand to the stead the cupboard "I am well aware of your father and his thoughts on your experiences here at Hogwarts, I wrote to both your parents after the broom incident and they are in agreement that I should act as I feel apropiate as your head of house." Snape explained in a menencing whisper.

[Lita]

The blond boy grimaced, feeling frustrated tears brewing in the back of his throat, making his eyes sting and his mouth dry. He swallowed, trying uselessly to unhinge Snape's grip on him, though it was like iron. It was all Potter's fault! And... and... those silly girls! It was them that Professor Snape had heard! He had been quiet as a snake on the prowl for prey--! If he had just gone by himself, he'd already be flying his broom around the Hogwart night! Yet here he was instead, a Malfoy, getting scolded and shouted at. The arrogant little wizard looked down, frowning even more, eyes beginning to water as he felt more and more sorry for himself. As any true pureblood brat Malfoy would.

"You weren't as silent as you think Draco, I would still have caught you." Snape told him, as if he could hear Malfoys thoughts "Now you will receive a spanking on your naughty little bottom and I don't any arguments."

The first-years had overheard the uppers talking about the dangers of riling their House Master, how you could get your knuckles thrapped with your own wand if you weren't paying enough attention in class, detention at the drop of a hat, or worst of all, a sp... a sp... Malfoy reddened as he pouted at the words, fearing them, knowing such punishments rarely even from his own stern father. But he knew exactly what Snape intended to do. The thorough scolding tone only made the chill in his stomach become a blizzard, and he couldn't stop himself from covering his well-deserving behind with his hands, as though that little defense could conquer even the most powerful magic or physical attack.

"Remove your robe, lower your trousers and underpants." Snape ordered "Place yourself over my knee and be quick about it." He told him sternly.

[Lita]

"You... You should be taking it out on Potter...!" the blond brat murmured grudgingly, still upset by the way Harry had brushed off his friendship. Like he was some filthy mudblood lover. He sniffed, raising his chin a bit, as he pulled his Slytherin robes over his head, managing to somehow keep his perfect blond hair neat and gelled as always. He took his sweet time unbuttoning the front of his gray trousers, blushing scarlet, the chill up his spine numbing his fingers. He pushed them down with a huff, and of course beneath he wore the most expensive and fashionable wizard undergarments available, his name embroided delicately into the waist. Draco looked away, and then back to his House Master. A little hope flickered behind his ice blue eyes, "Th-They're really thin, the best you can buy," he said haughtily, before lowering his gaze and fisting the ends of his school shirt, "S-so... father always lets me keep them up!" He deliberately only looked at Snape's lap, gulping down the dryness in his throat, and moved to the Potion Master's side, finding that the wizard's lap seemed much, much bigger compared to his own small frame. The Malfoy brat gulped again. It was only then that his wide eyes raised a bit, only for him to wince and look down at the severity of Severus' gaze.

"I am not he." Snape reminded him coldly, pointing downwards with his long pale finger. He waited eyes glittering for the brat to do as he had been told but he would not wait long.
