There are many planets across the systems, ranging from Reach and Gilgamesh to the likes of Strilun IV and Ordun Dal, and this one isn't as big as most...however it is a planet not marked on the Unified Earth Government's galactic map so this planet is definitely worth investigating. Especially when various scanners have shown that this planet could not only easily support Earth life but also possess a grand multitude of materials that could greatly benefit all the colonies. So clearly establishing a base on this planet must be paramount...
If it wasn't for vast amount of monsters and creatures roaming around, none of which familiar to anything most of the United Nations Space Command have seen before. And so they need to find a way to either pacify or eradicate all hostiles on this planet before the scientists could try moving in to 'claim' the world as their own. But with many situations going on across many planets the UNSC is quite stretched thin in what they can spare. So in the end, valuing the threat level on the planet much lower than on other planets, they decide to send in a small group of SPARTAN-IV who should have no problem dealing with no threat within the six months deadline.
And only six hours after landing there is only one Spartan left. A very curvaceously chubby brunette of a Spartan called Sierra Monroe. A simple rookie who is literally entering her first mission out of the academy. Though she was ranked extremely highly on her amazing sniping skills...Sierra's hand-to-hand combat skills are left very much wanting. But as long as she can keep a distance between herself and the monsters she should be safe, right? That is probably what the big bottomed beauty is relying on as she is perched on a rather wide looking rock. "Celebrie, any status on our ship orbiting the planet? Any chance for an emergency pickup?" Sierra says to the back of her right glove and appearing on the back of said glove is a tiny fluorescent pink woman.
"For the eighty-eighth time, Sierra, with damage to my core, which was attached to your leader's suit, I cannot access the main ship, nor send lnog distance messages," was Celebrie's answer.
"And clearly it damaged your protocol when talking to a human..." Sierra mumbled lightly with a roll of her eyes.
