Information for users:I am banned what did l do wrong?
This informational post is for users who sign up for multiple accounts to try downloading more than their daily limit through the downloads system.
I am now taking a daily look at our stats and accounts created along with information from a another system we use to find the users who sign up for multiple accounts to get round our daily limits.. and we would like to say the following:
Those of you who create more than one account just to download WILL BE BANNED we have good reason to impose these limits and they are to share the bandwidth EQUALLY because bandwidth costs.In short if you find your account in our banned usergroup then this will possibly be one of the main reasons your account may have been removed, altho we do realise some users share connections, in those cases we may allow you to be unbanned however we will know if you made just new accounts to download.
