Master Darus switched to a Marakashi stance, then ran forwards. "Haaa!"

The boy's eyes widened. No he was not feeling the force.
His arms went up, bringing the lightsaber with them, into the fray, where it could (hopefully) block his Master's strike.

But it didn't, and Master Darus penetrated his defense.
"You have to much fear Halren." He said, switching his lightsaber off.

The boy lowered his weapon, relieved.
"...yes, Master. Sorry, Master."
He hated staring the man down, weapons drawn between them.

Darus placed his hand on the boy's shoulder. "It's okay to be afraid, but you can't let it cloud your judgment."
"Sir," A red-uniformed republic solider said as he opened the door. "I'm sorry to interrupt, but we will be landing shortly."
"Ah yes, thank you." Master Darus said. The solider gave a salute, then left.
"The planet we are landing on, Maanan, is an ocean world." He explained to his two charges. "It is also the only source of kolto, the healing fluid. The native selkath built a surface city to trade their kolto with outsiders."
Master Darus paused. "The selkath are nuetral in the war. They sell kolto to both the republic and sith, threatening both with sanctions if any fighting breaks out in the surface city of Alto. I want you two to be on your best behavior." He instructed.
"Yes Master Darus." Juhani bowed.

"Yes Master Darus." The boy bowed as well.
The boy looked around the ship in interest - he'd always enjoyed the excitement of a ship landing.
"...sir? Why did we come to Maanan?" Halren supposed it was because it was neutral, but... well.. who knew? Maybe there were other reasons.

"This ship carries a republic delegation to the high council of Maanan. We're trying to convince them to sell us more kolto, or sell the sith less." Darus told him. "It will also be a lesson in controlling emotion."

"Controlling?" The boy tilted his head. "What do you mean? What... what will we have to get emotional about?"

Darus sighed. "The sith will do everything in their power to intimidate us, make us angry. They want us to attack them, which would force Maanan to impose sanctions on the sale of kolto to the republic. That might cost us the war."

"...you... they can really..." The boy shook his head. "Weird. How can the Sith make us... make us so mad that we'd try and... y'know... I mean, with an entire war at stake?"
Maybe bringing up 'getting so angry you'd attack someone in a blind rage' was a bad idea around the cathan.
