Joey’s Time at the Arcane Academy

Joey nodded and followed Zera to her room. Once they were in there and Xilyah had left, he sniffled and admitted, “I want Violet...”

After he said that, Zera quickly ran up to him and hugged him tight. "S-s-sorry, Joey... I didn't m-mean for you to get a sp-spanking..."

Joey sniffled and hugged Zera back, and he also held Moon. “I not mad at you Zera... I just wan’ my caretaker... but she’s going away... maybe Violet knows I’m bad and stupid, so she’s leaving to get away from me...” Joseph sniffed and began to cry once again.

Moon squeaked loudly at Joey's comment headbutting him lightly in the stomach and frowning at him, shaking his head.

"I highly doubt that, child," came Xilyah's voice from the doorway. "Your Miss Violet is helping the student body weed out the bully spankers that I believe put you both through a very rough ordeal. She's doing this for both of you."

“Uff!” Joey said in surprise when Moon lightly head butted his stomach, holding the bunny to his chest. Then he looked up at the elder Dragoness, “r-really Ms Xilyah? But-but I thought we couldn’t do anything about the bullies?” He asked her with a small sniffle.

"Come now, child," the elder dragoness said, walking up and putting a hand on his head. "You don't think we caretakers enjoy it when our wards get their bottoms set ablaze by burning paddles, hm? We're just gonna... have a little talk with them." With that said she knelt down and looked at the two. "And you two are to NOT worry yourselves with this. If I or Miss Violet find you've been snooping around, you can expect another round with the brush. Understood?"

“Y-yes Ms Xilyah,” Joseph said with a nod. Then he asked, “do you have any carrots Ms Xilyah? I promised Moon carrots,” he shook the bunny slightly, still cuddling with him.

The dragoness smiled and raised her palm, summoning some small carrots and handing them to Joey. "Here, my child." Xilyah rose up and walked back to the door. "I'm going out as well. I will be back to put you both to bed in exactly five hours. If you two plan to get into any shenanigans or baring each other again... just be in your pajamas and finished before I return," she instructed giving a wink before waving goodbye to the two.

Zera, still holding onto Joey's arm, let out a sniff and leaned her head against him. She was clearly emotionally exhausted.

Joseph cuddled beside Zera as he fed Moon his promised carrots.

Zera continued to cuddle with her friend and gently pet Moon, glancing up to Joseph with a smirk through her teary eyes. "Wanna get in our PJs now...?" she asked with a blush.
