[Kaeli's Apprentice] - RPG MV game in progress

Hey, have some points:

- First: AMAZING. Loved it deeply. Congratulations ^^

- I always play male, and picked male predominant combinations, but thank you for including NB option. To be able to pick between male/female is already rare, not to mention NB!

- Loooved all the naughtyness besides spanking; the plant, the maid and janitor, the deal you can make with the burglar... was hoping for something to happen between the player and Leigh!

- Loved the dialog: probably the best written I've seen on one of this RPG games. Witty, naughty, funny. Amazing characters.

- Truly enjoyed all the spanking scenes, but I have to give it a big 10/10 to the groupal caning



- EDIT: Loved too the "you're too sore" system: that walking slowly. Usually in other games you're just sore but there's no effect on the gameplay.




Now some questions:



- Is there some "fun" even if vanilla (just voyeuristic) to happen in the bath? Was hoping to take one with my fellow apprentice :d

- Do you intend to keep going further and adding more stuff that's related with nudity and/or sex? that's something surprisingly scarce in this games. Felt fresh.



And bugs:



- After the first spanking I had (with Caprile? caprice? The potions wizard) the player's avatar changed from male to female and stayed that way

This game is wonderful! Once it got my attention, it didn't release me until the very end!
Despite it being a demo, there are whole four things that I loved in this game:
* The thing I liked the most is the ability to switch genders of many characters.
* The scenes for "having fun" with you friend are incredibly sweet~
* The fact that both main characters as misbehaving tricksters ^_^
* ... yes, the tentacle plant, despite me really not liking that kink, was surprisingly enjoyable~

- After getting punished by the cook she threatens me with Master Varro even when it should be Mistress Varra.

I'm really looking forward to further updates!

As for Connie and Varro/Varra... Um, let's say it was a very small cup of tea? )) for now. I'll need to fix that eventually.

I have already coded a sexual scene between Leigh and PC, it actually is already in the game but I think you can't see it yet as you'd need their romance to be at... 6 I think? But worry not - Leigh and PC will return to the college in the third act (there will be three acts) and then you'll get to consummate your mutual appreciation, if you so desire
I am so glad you guys like my dialogues and characters. It's certainly a new medium for me. I have written 4 novels, but this is so different, very condensed, and everything has to be expressed in anime facial expressions and what the characters are actually saying... So it makes me happy that their personality shines through even though I'm still new to this

As for walking slowly when you're too sore - that's something I've lifted from another game, possibly Godspeak or Banjo, can't remember now? In any case I didn't come up with the idea.

The bathroom will definitely be used in Act 3! Yes, something voyeuristic, naughty, and with or without spanking consequences.
I am planning on adding sexual content, yes, because I personally like it too.

What I definitely won't be adding, because it's not at all what I am into, is abdl, diapers, anything related to children. Sorry to those of you who were hoping for that - this is not that kind of game.

The bug you reported - this is the first bug I cannot seem to replicate! I have no clue how it happens Anyone more skilled than I have an idea?


And finally, I have been thinking about Patreon, but I don't know what I could offer as extra, I don't want to limit the public version in any way. I could maybe offer short spanking stories about the game characters? I don't know. In any case it's lovely to hear someone would support me

I'm a bit late but I loved the update
It actually is possible to get the sex scene with Leigh, you can just flirt, switch rooms and repeat. By testing where you get a positive response with saving/loading it's pretty easy to get the required romance score.

Ah, true, there you go It shouldn't be dependent on rooms though. The results of flirting should be random, so if you just try long enough, eventually you get there. Once you reach romance level 6 the flirting mode changes (which for now means you can only swat Leigh's butt).

So my rough estimate is that I should be able to release act 2 before the end of the year. I already have a good chunk done but everything takes much longer now that each quest has multiple solutions, depending on who's with you, Leigh or the genie. That also means there will likely be more bugs. But on the flip side I think it will be some really nice content so far act 2 has maybe 5 spanking scenes. I have most of the maps and character sprites (as I'm using tall sprites I need to do a lot of manual editing), now it's mainly about coding quests and paths. Maybe I'll release the next update in a month or two, but in that case act 2 won't be complete.
